What we like the most about TerraBella Morristown is their extremely courteous staff! Caring and thoughtful. Facility is well maintained. Everyone is available to answer questions and provide care and assistance

I put [name removed] here, thinking it was going to be a good place ask him not to put him in the dining room, because Covid was going at that time every day. When I came for three days he was in the dining room they never came to his room to get him to help him go to the restroom. They were totally incompetent. I wouldn't take a straight snake there. They are terrible place.

All is going well. we are happy with Dewitt Place. Friendliness and the activities that are available for the residents were the main things that stuck out about this facility over others. They are always polite and there when help is needed.

They cut back on the staff, and they cut back in the dining room. As far as the staff goes, they're wonderful. He enjoys each and everyone of them and overall he really likes it there. With them cutting back on I think they have less out of residence Excursions. From what I understand. And I think they are a little pricey. I just spoke to one of my friends in Sarasota Florida and she has her mother and a really nice place and spending about $1000 a month lesson we are.

Moving my father to an assisted living facility wasn't easy and an adjustment, but the staff at DeWitt was very responsive to our needs and treated my father so well. We picked this community, because of the Location, value, friendliness of staff, and it was recommend by someone.

The friendliness of the staff members would get 10 stars, they are so friendly. The fact that my father-in-law is 100% totally happy there with all aspects of the care. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would most definitely recommend Dewitt Place to other families looking for a community for their loved ones.

I'm very happy with the care. I feel like my loved ones, are well cared for when I'm not there. The staff really seems to care for the residents. I feel like I am kept in the information loop at all times. We picked this community because, It's the only place my loved one would accept. Also, It was close to their home and familiar places.

We chose Dewitt Place mainly because of the location, we were wanting something close to where she resided. The staff is very helpful, especially the nursing staff. They were able to get her a next day appointment with the doctor when we called. If we ever have any questions or issues, they are very responsive. The everyday staff is great too, my mom has some dementia issues and cannot seem to work her TV. Whoever comes in she asks for help and they always do. I would recommend them to others.

They're doing great. My loved one was at another fancily in Morristown prior to this one, and she complained a lot about the food and activities while she was there. Even with Covid going on, it seems like Dewitt Place has a lot more activities than the other place, and they've gotten my loved one who tends not to participate to really start doing a lot more things. She's happy, and that's 90% of it. And the people there seem to really care about the residents.

I went from always worry about my loved 24 hours a day to not worrying at all. Communication between the staff and our family has been good. They keep us informed and up to date. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

It is a good place but they are cutting back on their help and the nurses. It is not right. For what we pay we shouldn't have to worry like we are . People are not being taken care of like they should be. They keep cutting back and we are going to have to find somewhere else to go

Dewitt Place is very warm and inviting community, our loved one rooms is a tab bit larger then some of the other rooms, but it is plenty of space for her needs. We were able to have a meal there and the food was good.

They are great here only thing that is wrong is they keep wanting to raise my rent even though the nurse lowered it almost 400 dollars

This was a beautiful place, not at all what I expected. Staff I met were extremely friendly and seem to be super helpful. If we can get VA benefits that would allow him to stay here I know I would not have to worry one bit. I would feel very comfortable Having him live here.

It was a very nice and new facility. Rooms were nice and quaint. Staff were very sweet and very informative. The price was high and it would cost my father a lot to stay here. He would be a high risk client and on a high level of care.

We like the care from this community. The staff is caring and attentive. The menu is outstanding and a lot of variety of healthy meals. We like the activities that are helpful to his needs. We would recommend this community for the great care and good value for a loved one.

The community has been good and the staff has been doing a good job. The food is okay not a 1 and not a 5. They offer a lot of activities, but mom just has not got involved yet. Still getting transitioned. I liked this place because it was similar to the place mom was at before just a little smaller.

Admissions needs to be more forthcoming about getting a resident in but also how to take them out of the facility. Other than that issue the staff was friendly and the facility clean and well kept we were very impressed.
