Heather is the administrator and has been here for 18 years. She is compassionate, a good leader and loves all the residents. Many of the CNA's, med techs and other staff have been here for many years. They get to know every residents needs, likes and dislikes. It has been a great fit for my 92-yr old dad. Highly recommend!

The Parker in Greenville, SC
5.0

Our loved one is a resident still and we are very satisfied with the whole experience. The Parker is recently under new management and their new name is KauHale Pettigru. They have kept a lot of the same team for which we are thankful. The staff works well with family to provide the best living situation for their loved one.

Summit Hills in Spartanburg, SC
4.7

I chose Summit Hills because it was a smaller community in size and the staff are very close with the residents. I am in a cottage and the one that I chose is a good size. Overall I am quite happy. My one concern is the activities have been reduced due to covid, so I am looking forward to them going back to all that was provided in pre-covid times. I would recommend Summit Hills to others looking.

I have been here 5 1/2 months and I like it here. A couple of comments: 1. When contribution flex dollars to the employee appreciation fund, make a dollar for dollar, not a .30 on a dollar. 2. Have a printer in the computer room. We all don't have ...
