My Dad was there for such a short time we did not get very acquainted with the staff. Those we did interact with were very friendly and helpful.

The staff is wonderful, kind, and loving to my mother. She tended greatly to every question and concern I have heard during this covid pandemic. This is a tough time with our loved ones in an assisted living with limited visitation, but they have helped her to be happy. Thank you.

I know my mom would be happier if the food was better and there were more activities. She’s been frustrated with the lack of communication, like when the WiFi password was changed but it took a while to notify the residents. It’s important to remember that that is their home. They don’t get to leave at the end of the day. They need activities in place that don’t require staff to run them, like meet and greets with ice breaker games since so many new people have moved in or game nights. Also planned events away from the facility like the zoo, afternoon teas, trips to the movies and museums. Maybe reach out to local universities for folks who are studying art therapy & ask them to volunteer time. Most colleges require volunteer hours… maybe reach out to psychology departments see if they want to pair up with a resident for occasions onsite.
