Our loved one is a resident still and we are very satisfied with the whole experience. The Parker is recently under new management and their new name is KauHale Pettigru. They have kept a lot of the same team for which we are thankful. The staff works well with family to provide the best living situation for their loved one.
We have lived at Cacades for 2 1/2 years. Though we all in good health we care to Cascades to join a community of caring people and staff. By all we happy. With over 350 member community. This is a family - our activities are stupendous and the staff know and cares about us through COVID and amazing our safety came first I could not be happier anywhere else.
I'm quite happy with them. They are very clean, and the staff is very friendly. They are quick to respond if I have any concerns or if there are needs. They have activities, and they try to get the residents engaged but it can be hard in memory care.
