Great place run and staffed by loving Christian people. My dad came here and loved it!
This facility is one of the.best I've seen! [name removed] made the admission easy, organized, and peaceful The Owner is there frequently, no trying to figure out who runs the place. No one has been scared of questions, transparency is so refreshing! Staff / patient ratio.is above regulation and so far, no staff shortages truly remarkable! My Father in-law is alert and engaged, acts perfectly content. The mix of Residents without memory deficits with those who have deficits has greatly benefitted him.
Food quality varies so much. My folks end up eating out or cooking. Not worth the value of 25$ they assign for meals. Marketing told us several things that weren't true. Examples: told us the hair salon was open and available 5 days a week. Told us Dr on site for any appointments a resident may need. Actually a nurse practitioner 2 days a week. And only if the NP is in your insurance network. Concierge service to help get groceries etc to apartment. Not true. Over my parents like it. They say it's too much trouble to move. It's a great location with doctors and shopping close by. Facility is lovely and apartments are great. Response from leadership about resident issues can be non existent.

Independent living offers a stress-free lifestyle for older adults. Independent living communities don’t provide personal care or supervision, but do offer generally healthy adults opportunities for socialization and hassle-free living. Independent living services often include:
Many seniors may be physically and mentally capable of living without assistance, but cost of owning a home and the maintenance of the property might be a deterrent to enjoying an otherwise independent lifestyle. Independent Living Communities offer a convenient solution to this situation. Occupants can continue to live their lives as they desire while their meals are cooked by a professionall chef, housekeeping and laundry duties are handled by staff, and recreational activities are organized and scheduled. Along with their daily needs being met, residents can enjoy the opportunity to live among peers, in a community with others of similar age groups and interests. Residents’ quarters consist of private living spaces, each with their own kitchen. The independence of apartment life is still enjoyed, offering opportunities to entertain guests and visitors in a private and personal setting. While policies differ between communities, many residences allow pets as well. If medical or nursing assistance is desired, residents may always enlist the services of independent care providers. There are a number of expenditures and benefits to consider when determining an independent living community. It is important to learn if these services are covered in the plan: housekeeping, private phone, transportation, laundry, internet access, cable TV, wellness program, and move-in fee. The benefits associated with independent living include beauty salon & barber shop, fitness center & swimming pool, game/TV room, transportation, private rental hall, community activities, security guards, and golf course.
