The staff and residents are super friendly. There are lots of activities, and they are awesome for the residents. The breakfast is available Monday through Friday, and this is awesome for us. On Wednesdays they offer a happy hour, and they even include some appetizers.
The caregivers at Dayspring were one of the reasons we chose this community. They are wonderful and very good with the residents. This is a smaller community so the ratio of caregivers to residents is higher. They could use a few more activities. The food is good and they keep the community very clean. This community gets my recommendation.
Nice place where the owners are on site and know every residents names.

If you or your loved one would benefit from the peace of mind of having your housekeeping taken care of while living the way you want, you might want to consider independent living. Frequent needs such as the scheduling of social activities and housekeeping are taken care of, allowing residents more free time to live active lives as they wish. Along with their daily needs being met, residents can enjoy the opportunity to live among peers, in a community with others of similar ages and interests. Typically consisting of a private living area and a full kitchen, these communities offer homes with many of the amenities of apartment life but without the hassle. Guests can be invited over and entertained, and more time can be spent with them with the basic maintenance of daily tasks out of the way. While policies differ between communities, a number of residences allow pets as well. If residents decide they would like to utilize the services of private health care professionalls, they may always do so. There are a variety of benefits and expenses to consider while selecting an independent living community. It is important to learn if these services are covered in the plan: wellness program, parking, move-in fee, housekeeping, utilities, initial assessment fee, cable TV, and field trips. The benefits associated with independent living include fitness center & swimming pool, laundry service, healthcare center, beauty salon & barber shop, private rental hall, golf course, community activities, and concierge services.
