I know they kept my father’s room regularly and it was always spotless. It was a very positive experience for my father. They were able to accommodate even during a difficult process. The manager and the whole staff were just wonderful.

Bayside Terrace Assisted Living and Memory Care in Coos Bay, OR
5.0 / 5.0

I had a very positive experience when I helped my friend relocate to Bayside Terrace. The marketing director was very friendly and helpful. She showed me the room which was available and answered all of my questions and we coordinated a move in date. All of the staff I met were also very friendly and helpful. We were able to make the move pretty quickly and easily. My friend is very happy there and all of his needs are being met.

Independent Living

For many seniors, cost of owning a home and the upkeep of the property might be a deterrent to an independent life. Independent Living Communities offer a solid alternative. You or your loved one may continue to use their free time as they wish while their food is prepared by a professionall chef, housekeeping and laundry duties are taken care of by staff, and recreational activities are organized and scheduled. Along with their daily needs being met, residents can enjoy the opportunity to live among peers, in a community with others of similar ages and interests. Within the individual units, residents have access to their own private living space and a full kitchen, and can even live with a partner if they choose. While policies differ between communities, numerous residences allow pets as well. If medical or nursing support is desired, residents may always utilize the services of private health care professionalls. There are a variety of expenses and benefits to balance when selecting an independent living community. It is important to figure out if these amenities are covered in your care plan: utilities, field trips, internet access, private phone, wellness program, move-in fee, transportation, and meals.
