I would recommend this community. They do care and my mother is doing very well living in this community. They have activities like work outs, arts and craft and more for the residents to do. They also have someone that comes and plays the piano and my loved one really likes this. The staff are very caring, sometimes they can be overworked but other than this they are very good.... We didn't exactly go on a tour of the whole community. We attended an open house so to speak we went into a vacant unit looked around and then left. We liked the idea of having individual cottages but they were not as large as I would have liked. The landscaping was very nice. We had already had a working idea as to what the community was like from friends that lived there we just went there for a visual.

Response from Inland Point Retirement Community
November 11, 2020Thank you for your review. I know it was quite awhile ago. My name is Kriss and I am fairly new to Inland Point. If there is anything I can ever help you with, please give me a call. [removed].
My loved one lived at Inland Point Retirement and it was not the best for him. They would not clean his room or help him with his laundry. It was no longer fitting his needs so we moved him to another community.

Response from Inland Point Retirement Community
November 11, 2020Hello, thank you for posting a review. I am very sorry to see you did not have favorable experience. I apologize for the seriousness of your concerns and the stress you must have felt. I see this was back in 2017 and I may not be able to connect with you now. Just so you know, Inland Point has worked very hard and in 2019 we received at Deficiency Free Survey award from the state. A very big accomplishment. We continue to strive to provide excellent care. Thank you. Kriss Fenton Community Relations Director.
My loved one was very pleased with the staff, and it was a difficult transition for him into the Inland Pointe. They were so supportive of not only my father's needs, but my needs and the family's needs as well.

November 11, 2020Thank you so much for taking the time to post this review. I see this was in 2015 and I may not be able to connect with you now. Just in case, I wanted to make sure we said 'thank you' for your kind words. Kriss Fenton, Community Relations Director.
I know they kept my father’s room regularly and it was always spotless. It was a very positive experience for my father. They were able to accommodate even during a difficult process. The manager and the whole staff were just wonderful.
