My father recently moved to Pacific View and I am so thrilled! I cannot thank Tom Dimmick from Pacific View enough for the fantastic job he has done with making it possible for my Dad to have the best care possible! Tom went above and beyond to find every resource and avenue available for my Dad and I am forever grateful. Tom, you are a true Angel, a remarkable person and exceptional at your job!!! Thank you so much to A Place For Mom for putting me in contact with the wonderful people at Pacific View: Tom Dimmick, Rachel, Debbie, Steven... Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! Inland Point Retirement Community in North Bend, OR

My loved one lived at Inland Point Retirement and it was not the best for him. They would not clean his room or help him with his laundry. It was no longer fitting his needs so we moved him to another community.

Ocean Ridge Assisted Living in Coos Bay, OR
5.0

Ocean Ridge Assisted Living has proven to be a life saver for me, the wife whose husband has dementia as well as a very difficult personality. I have a lot of health issues of my own, and realized I had reached my limit with being able to care for my husband AND myself in our home. I reached out to A Place for Mom, and they were kind and helpful. After touring Ocean Ridge I knew it was the best place for my husband to live with this progressive and relentless disease. Now I can take proper care of my own self as well as oversee the needs of my husband. Since we have no supportive family, I feel very grateful that I can trust the staff and feel sure he is safe . I have heard some say that he didn't need to be in assisted living YET, and my answer is that care like this is very hard to find, and it is the loving thing to place your loved one before it becomes an emergency situation. Quality of life, for everyone, is so important!
