It's taken some time so the facility to staff; however, they are doing a good job. Current staff is very friendly. Seems that the relatively new Director is getting improvements implemented.
The staff is very caring and I think this is a great place for your loved one. The food is good and the community has restaurants close by if you want something different. I would recommend this community to others.
My loved one is currently a resident at Harmony at Independence and the experience has been very good so far. The staff are very nice people. However, like anywhere else, they are short staffed. The housekeeping in my loved one's unit gets behind or gets skipped. That's really the only complaint that my loved one has had. Overall, I would recommend this facility to others.
