Fremont Nebraska Nye Court I would rate them as a 4 for those categories. We had a really good experience. My mom was there about 8 months. The staff was very knowledgeable and caring towards the residents. They kept the residents rooms and commons areas very clean . Admissions was very easy to work with
Because my own home would be better, I didn't give 5 stars. The meals are good, the help is helpful and friendly and most everyone calls me by my first name. I'm forgetful and was unable to cook for myself so this is ideal for me and I have 2 family members living within 12 miles so I can get personal help if I need to. When I need assisted living its right here across the street. I also have a sister in assisted living.
We have no problem with the community, they people there are very nice. Our only issues would be the communication regarding our loved one. Sometimes it is hard to get information and updates but we think that could be because of covid. We would definitely recommend this community to others.
