Highgate Senior Living has exceeded my expectations. I love that the residents have their pets with them! I love the abundance of activities offered for entertainment! The dining hours works for everyone's individual wants and needs. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Well done!
We are really impressed with Autumn Springs! Everything is going well, the staff are very accommodating and the facility is clean. Once we toured and talked to the staff, we knew this was the best place to place my mom!
It's really good at The Springs. It has a small town feel to it where everybody knows everybody. From the CNAs to the nurses to upper management, there's a feeling of family. They all know everybody and are all concerned about everybody who lives there. The food is good. Recently they had a 4th of July get-together with the families, and everything was really good. They seem to keep our loved one very busy. We're more than overjoyed with them.
