Holiday Aspen View Senior Living

I know it sold to new owners since my mom moved in. They are short staffed a lot and there is a lot of turnover. No consistency. One day the food is good the other it is not. my mom won't eat undercooked meat or vegetables and that happens often. There is no credit issued when staff is short, i.e.no housekeeping services, but still have to make full payment.

It just seems that they can't keep staff. They recently moved some of the residents from the third floor to the first floor or so my mother in law told us. The food has been a hit and miss. That is because the cooks seems to always quit. The Van drivers are very nice to the residents but they too seem to leave as well. Rooms are not always cleaned per their website. Activities are great! My mother in law is really enjoying them.

Overall experience, excellent cleanliness, fair friendship of staff excellent quality of care fair made meals and dining. Very poor activities. Great value for cost fair [name removed] and I are very happy here. It's the place. We should be this time in our lives. [name removed], my husband is very happy here. I am still adjusting the food needs some attention. Other than that. It is safe quiet peaceful. The grounds are beautiful. The staff is very helpful and kind. Yes I would recommend it. I have lived here 7.5 years. It's been very enjoyable. Access to activities and close to shopping and community resources.

I have lived here for over a year. I feel safe and peaceful here. I really enjoy the food. The staff is very pleasant.

Helpful and friendly describes the staff and residents here at Aspen View. A positive attitude is important when moving into a new situation, so put on a happy face and smile!!

Exceptional atmosphere, top of the line staff great meal + sous chef! kind, helpful maintenance housekeeping staff. Phenomenal activities, excellent bus +transit service. Grounds kept clean & tidy. My puppy loves it

The people here are mostly very nice. I have been treated with up most respect. The staff is very good to me.

I have lived in another atria/holiday facility from [date removed] when I arrived in Billings. Aspen view runs rings around the phoenix facility.

The tough decision for mom to move out of her home of 50 years was made so much easier by everyone at Holiday Aspen View. From the initial tour to move in day have been more helpful. The staff guided us through every step with knowledge and compassion. Mom has made so many new friends And is truly enjoying life. Activities and value for cost explanation: there was supposed to be transportation to outside activities/appts, but this was very limited secondary to a lack of a driver...unfortunately, this wasn't necessarily for a lack of trying to find someone, more dur to a lack of people wanting to work. My mother-in-law did enjoy the in- house art projects, games, and music

Aspen View has wonderful staff members they are very friendly! The cleanliness of the community is great, 3 meals a day is amazing and my grandmas favorite is the exercise class and activities! They also have a bus for transportation!

My sister and I suddenly in the position to find an assisted living facility for our 102 year old mother. A Place for Mom, [name removed], was a wonderful guide in helping us choose the best place for our mother. She scheduled an appointment at Holiday Aspen View and my sister met with [name removed]. A tour was arranged, our mother came for a look and the studio apartment was leased. Aspen View has been nothing short of fabulous and accommodating as we work through this difficult process. Lori, the director, and Holly, property management have gone above and beyond. The entire staff are kind and caring.

I really like living here, great staff, always very very helpful. I like all the activities, appreciate the bus service to doctors and shopping.when my family comes they eat with me and staff is very accounting to them. It's the best decision I ever made

We were impressed the moment we stepped into the facility. Everyone welcomed us, staff and residents! The meals are top notch and I have yet to meet a grumpy person. Incredible!! I didn’t think places like this existed but here it is!

5 for all. Unfortunately I had to move our loved one to an assisted living facility after about 2 weeks at Aspen View. Her dementia was worse than I thought when I arranged for Aspen View and she is not able to live independently.

Our loved one has since passed, but Holiday Aspen View had good people and good services. Our loved one liked it very much - he liked the staff, they were all friendly and he had good quality care. Based on the experience we had, we would recommend Holiday Aspen View Senior Living to other families.
