My mother lived here the last months of her life. The facility was always clean. She said she never had a bad meal, The owners and staff were always very pleasant to deal with and would absolutely go the extra mile to ensure the residents are happy and well taken care of. Just 4 days before my mothers death she told me that "the people here make me feel like someone special", what more can be added to that. Frankfort Pines is a great choice for loved ones that require assisted living. My mother was in the early stages of Alzeheimers and our family was very comfortable with the level of carer that she received there. The staff here is first class.
My Aunt just moved into The Fields and it’s the happiest she’s ever been! The meals are home cooked fresh meals - the staff are always smiling and willing to help and the residents are all so pleasant and happy! This move was a long time coming but definitely one I wish I would have made sooner!!
The staff is very friendly goes out of there way everyone from kitchen staff to mantanice they answer all your questions I would recommend you to send your parents or grandparents there. The meals are great served hot. Carestaff are very friendly and go out of there way.
