Frankfort Pines

My mother lived at Frankfort Pines and the care she received was above and beyond what we expected. We expected her needs to be met, but it was so much more. The workers there treated her like she was their own family, and she repeatedly told me how "sweet" the girls were to her. My husband and I spent a full day with her and had lunch with her there, and everyone that we encountered was very pleasant, smiling, and made everyone very comfortable. My mother was a very sociable person, so the activities were a big thing to get her our of her apartment and doing things with others. I don't know that you could find a better place to care for someone important to you.

My mother lived here the last months of her life. The facility was always clean. She said she never had a bad meal, The owners and staff were always very pleasant to deal with and would absolutely go the extra mile to ensure the residents are happy and well taken care of. Just 4 days before my mothers death she told me that "the people here make me feel like someone special", what more can be added to that. Frankfort Pines is a great choice for loved ones that require assisted living. My mother was in the early stages of Alzeheimers and our family was very comfortable with the level of carer that she received there. The staff here is first class.

My mother lived at Frankfort Pines for several years, and recently my 97 yr old uncle moved there. The facility is lovely; the rooms are bright; it is clean always, and tastefully decorated. What is most special, however, is the staff. They are competent, fun-loving, and attentive. I am so grateful for the help my family has been given by Frankfort Pines.

Absolutely pleased with the choice my family made for our loved one! The owners are amazingly kind people who will go the extra mile for all of their residents, no matter what the need may be. Even if it is the same issue, over and over again, they will keep addressing it until that resident is satisfied and completely happy with where he/she is at. You can tell they put their heart into their business, not for the reason of money in their wallets, but for the fact that this is the final home for most of these residents, and they intend it to be a pleasant experience for them all. Shame on the previous reviewers for their selfish and misleading review on a company and the staff that took excellent care of your mother/grandmother for years. I am pleased we as a family found this place and made the right choice for our loved one to finish out her final years here. We have not a single complaint at all on anything! Keep up the great work Frankfort Pines Staff!!!!!

I've never had an issue with the owners or the staff and have always been extremely pleased with the environment and the care that has been given to my mother. I am not able to come to town very often so knowing that she is in good hands with the girls at the frankfort pines fills my heart. Whenever I make it to see my mother, she is always so happy and we'll dressed. Her apartment, which she is not able to clean herself, is always tidy and presentable, along with my mother! Thank you frankfort pines for the love and compassion you show your residents and their family members every single day!

Friendly and caring staff. The owners go the extra mile for their business and their residents. Wouldn't have sent my loved one to any other facility.

My family member has been here for several years now, and I can tell that the previous reviews are that of sour family members over a resident who was entirely too much care and at too much risk of falls and injuring herself or the staff. The staff at the Frankfort Pines are amazing. They are extremely friendly and caring for their residents and always go the extra mile for them. The owners are accommodating to whatever the residents may need. My family member has always been well taken care of with not much of a complaint, and when a complaint did arise, the staff, along with the owners, did everything they possibly could to solve the issue and make it a comfortable place for my family member. I am beyond happy with the Pines and rest comfortably at night knowing that my family member is in good hands at the pines. Thank you to the staff, and the owners, for all the love, compassion and amazing care you give every single day to your residents.

The process of moving a loved one to assisted living is a stressful one. Frankfort Pines was the third and final place for my Grandmother. Frankfort Pines is always spotless, the food is fresh and good, and the place has a good vibe. Always a good sign when you drive away from a place and know that your loved one is in a good place. As opposed to the "I got a bad feeling" as I had when I drove away from the first two places my grandmother was in. The owner lives close by and will meet you anytime, and is always in the building. He is always checking with family members and residents to see if there is anything he can do. I would advise anyone looking to find assisted living would be to start early. All of the good places have a waiting list. Plus, you need to visit these places during different times. Try to visit during meal time. Review the contracts and written documents very carefully. Most have levels of care, and if your loved one's level of care goes up so will the price. Why does that shock people? Ask lots of questions, exercise common sense, and trust your gut instinct.
