We have been well informed and feel as though Mom has received appropriate attention and care at HarborChase of Vero Beach. It's reassuring knowing that she is in good hands.

Sonata Vero Beach

They are always welcoming and receptive when you have questions or concerns. The facilities are nice, modern and well cared for. It pays to stay in touch with the staff and let them know you are holding them accountable.

Victoria Landing ALF in Melbourne, FL
5.0

Of course the facility location and views are unbeatable, but the staff is also top notch. They truly care for their residents and always work to make sure every need is tended to in a timely fashion. The restaurant makes great food and there are more than enough activities to keep the residents happy and engaged day-to-day. Pet friendly is certainly a nice perk for many of the residents as well.

There was only one other option in Sebastian, FL, and it had a wait list. Actually, The Promenade had a more livable space. Lots of relevant resident activities and transportation to local businesses.

Independent Living

Independent Living Communities offer seniors a balance between an independent lifestyle and not having to worry about housekeeping. You or your loved one may continue to use their free time as they desire while their meals are prepared by a professionall chef, housekeeping and laundry duties are taken care of by staff, and social activities are organized and scheduled. Within the individual units, residents have access to a private living space and a full kitchen, and can even live with a companion if they choose. While policies vary between communities, a number of residences allow pets as well. Nursing and health care services can always be arranged for with independent care providers as desired. There are a variety of advantages and costs to balance while selecting an independent living community.
