If you want a reliable service, even with the owner filling in if needed, Hope of Solace is the agency for you. They require a minimum of 20 hours a week. It was a clean environment and lots of fun activity. Honestly, it's hard because no one takes care of your loved one like you would. Having said that we wouldn't have done anything different.
