The caregiver I was assigned through this home health company has been amazing. She always says how she doesn't like to be just standing around and how she enjoys to stay busy. That really impressed me and I enjoy her company. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone interested in a home health company.
The staff and caregivers were always there when we needed the. They were very good and we liked the fact that our caregivers were always the same ones. They always kept a good watch on my dad. Unfortunately, he has since passed on.
The cost is a bit much, but they're a great company. There is a $500 cancellation fee if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice (example for hospitalization), but they have a business to run and I understand that. They're very reliable. They also have an online portal where you can see who your care provider is going to be and communicate with them. They're always available. I haven't had any issues.
