My mother has had excellent care from the caregivers. Caregivers are always kind and helpful. The office staff is wonderful too!

Gold Star Home Care LLC in Glendale, AZ
4.6

The company was responsive and did their best to accommodate our needs. Care was provided in my home. Caregivers were clean and followed protocol. Staff was pleasant to work with. Before moving my father to Arizona, we utilized a home care service in another state and the caregivers were terrible. The caregivers with Gold Star were very good and we were fortunate to have them take care of my father. One caregiver did a great job, but had some personal issues thus we had to dismiss her. The remaining caregiver was outstanding and stayed with us until I moved my father into Assisted Living. In home care is always expensive, but it is well worth the cost to have caring, competent help so that I could have some of my life back. My father required 24 hour care.

I utilized services through Cast Your Cares for one day. They came to serve as a companion while I went to an appointment of my own. They did a great job and if I need to use them again I will.
