Albany Apartments in Mesa, AZ
5.0

Everything with Albany Apartments has been really good - it is very well managed and well maintained and we really like the layout of the community. There are no stairs for our loved one to climb so that is something we do not have to worry about. The space is very open which is very ideal and optimal - it has a sense of security and it just works out very well. The community is peaceful and quite. The parking situation is very well laid out. The prices of the apartments is very reasonable - not to cheap and not to expensive. It is just a fabulous arrangement. The entire surrounding neighborhood is pretty great.

My sister left because the prices are going up, she was only there a few months. They put her down for services she did not need or get, my sister expects a lot and is cheap though. I would recommend Brookdale Chandler Regional to others.

Cypress Point Retirement Community in Casa Grande, AZ

This is a wonderful place to be. The people are friendly and kind. They have every amenity you can think of. There is an exercise room, transportation, sidewalks all around, covered parking, garages and sheds are available to rent; these are a few amenities they have. The apartments are huge, like a house. They are stylish. They have high ceilings, and everything you can think of.

We picked this community, for two main reasons: Price, and W/D in individual units. Definitely worth a look! Management and maintenance are responsive and helpful. I would recommend to other families.
