A few glitches here and there but overall management is great. Resolutions to snags are always relayed back. Caregivers seem to care about the job they're doing along with the care they give each patient on an individual basis. Communication among everyone was great.

The care provided to my sister in law was excellent, especially the care provided by [name removed]. She was engaging, compassionate and cognizant of my SIL's needs. [name removed] was outstanding and the schedulers were always helpful of schedule changes, if necessary. Thank you all!

From the time I was introduced to [name removed] I knew my husband and I were in good hands. [name removed] took care of my husband when I was out. She was professional, caring and easy to talk with. Based on her work I would highly recommend Home Matters!

Our complete experience with Home Matters from the very start was five star!! My mom instantly had a connection with Lisa at Home Matters. Mom felt like this company was an answer from heaven and that [name removed]was an angel. My siblings and I all had a huge feeling of relief, knowing that my mom was in great hands. Each caretaker that came to care for my mom were prompt and completely qualified, they all went above and beyond to help my mom while she was almost completely immobile. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the staff and I truly recommend them to anyone!!

We ended up in an emergency situation where we needed 24/7 care for my mother with dementia in the next few hours. Home Matters came highly recommended, and did not disappoint. They stepped right in and made sure mom had her meds, was fed well and generally kept on schedule. Mom's reports back was always about how kind and helpful the people with her were. I truly appreciate their kindness and caring nature, and would use them for future needs.

I was recently in town from Michigan supporting a friend in the hospital. With limited time in Arizona, I had no idea where to begin to arrange care for her return home. It was our good fortune to have found Home Matters. From the first phone call, [name removed] was understanding, empathetic, and extremely responsive. She made us a priority - accommodating an uncertain surgery/discharge schedule, making sure there were caregivers standing by to provide up to 24/7 care as long as we needed it, and even providing transportation home from the hospital. The caregivers themselves were nothing short of amazing - helping out with everything from getting settled in, to doing laundry/light housekeeping, ordering groceries, and meal prepping. This service has been an absolute LIFESAVER for my friend AND for me...when I wasn't able to be there myself, the Home Matters staff provided a level of care that not only met, but exceeded expectations. So grateful for this team!

Thank you for providing [name removed] to care for my wife in the hospital, while I was selfishly trying to continue my work responsibilities. [name removed] is well mannered, and jumped right into her responsibilities when she arrived. Whether it was feeding ice chips, handing tissues, calling for nurse or just commiserating with my wife while I was in the corner "working" she stepped in and took care of things. In addition, she was always checking with my wife for other personal needs or food if desired. When the need arises again. I will certainly ask for her. She will do well in the field of personal care, her compassion and kindness guarantee that. I learned from chatting with her that she rode her bike and bus to get to the hospital, and to return home in the evening. Such dedication to one's work is a rare commodity.

The community was spacious, clean, and inviting. Staff were very responsive and kind and caring. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood. I highly recommend this community to families looking for a home for their loved one.
