I could not be more satisfied with my experience with Home Matters Caregivers. They could not be more professional and caring for those who need care for their loved one. [Name removed] went above and beyond even during the holidays to find care givers for my mother. All the ones she sent were so caring and respectful towards my mom and she herself was really happy with all of them. I’d give [name removed] 20 stars if I could!! She was so caring, honest, and compassionate. You feel like she treats you like you’re a member of her very own family. l couldn’t ask for a better experience getting someone to care for my precious mother. The care givers were also very in tune to my moms terrible pain with her broken hip. I’d recommend your company to anyone who wanted a tender care giver for their loved one.

In March of 2021 my 85 y/o mom relocated from Wisconsin to an Assisted Living facility in Scottsdale after losing her husband. My mom is a quiet, rather reserved, woman and was struggling with loneliness and sadness, for my dad was the "social" one. Since I live in Prescott, it was imperative for me to find caregivers who could help my mom acclimate to her new life here in AZ. Home Matters has been providing my mom daily companionship and it has helped a lot. For my mom -- Home Matters has helped her keep her independence, meet new friends, and navigate her new world. My mom gets teary-eyed when she speaks of Stephanie...for she truly believes that her life in Arizona would not be as fulfilling if it wasn't for her. For me -- Home Matters staff has ensured that my mom is safe, happy and provide honest feedback as to how my mom's early onset of dementia is progressing. They provide updates on how to keep my mom engaged with life, emotionally, physically and mentally. 5 stars!
