Willows at Medway is a 57-acre independent living community that focuses on the health and wellness of their residents. Their vibrant, resort-style community provides spacious cottages with attached garages and apartment homes for those seeking independent living with a maintenance-free lifestyle. Located in Medway, Massachusetts, the community offers a small-town feel, a robust calendar of activities and events, and easy access to desirable shopping and dining.
Each private home features a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and walk-in closets in the bedrooms. Chef-prepared meals are sourced locally through partners such as Medway Community Farm. Residents can spend their time exploring the city of Medway or relaxing in any of the community's well-appointed common areas, including a spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor heated pool and hot tub, library, billiards lounge, creative arts studio, greenhouse, and their "Pavilion" clubhouse. Our tour with Willows at Medway went great! The reasons we did not choose this facility was because it was too big. Also, we did not see many residents out and about in the common areas during our time there. The community was just not going to be a good fit for my loved one.
My experience at The Willows at Medway exceeded my expectation. To begin the facility is spectacular inside/ outside and was easy to locate. The building is well kept as well as the grounds. When entering the building, the receptionist greeted us with a smile on her face, she was professional and very friendly. We met with [name removed], she was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about the services offered at Willows. She was kind and very nice. We also met with [name removed], and the resident care director [name removed]who also were friendly and professional. The amenities offered at Willows are endless, I was blown away by the golf simulator and the wonderful swimming pool. The rooms are quite spacious and well decorated. The staff seems very caring and kind. The chef at the Bistro was extremely nice who makes delicious meals and bakes cookies. I had the opportunity to have lunch there and it was delicious. My experience at the Willows was excellent.

I’ve lived at this beautiful facility for a year now and enjoy breakfast and lunch on occasion. The food and service are without question as good and better than most local establishments. I recommend eating here as often as one goes out for meals.
