What our family likes the most about Waterford Terrace is the fact that all her needs can be met on one campus as her needs progress. Based on the experience we have had, we would recommend this community to other families

I am a resident at Waterford Terrace Retirement Community. Mostly positive experience, but some serious issues for me: phone service very poor on first floor - have to go outside to communicate by phone and that's hard at night. Exercise in activity room not very good. Activity director is spread too thin. As I said mostly positive experience - staff very good/helpful. But lots of grumbling from diners - food taking too long to get to table.

After reading about the Waterford Terrace Retirement Community, I was amazed by the variety of amenities and services available to its members. The neighborhood offers a variety of apartment options, ranging from studios to two-bedroom homes, allowing residents to find the living space that best meets their requirements and preferences. What distinguishes Waterford Terrace from other retirement homes is its pet-friendly policy, which is important for many seniors who rely on their furry companions for companionship and delight. The presence of a beauty shop, exercise center, and heated pool demonstrates the community's dedication to fostering a healthy and active lifestyle for its inhabitants. I enjoy that the staff at Waterford Terrace offers individualized care plans for each resident, just like at [removed] where my dad reside..

I would rate all the above questions with 5 stars. My Mother loves Waterford Terrace. I've eaten there and the food is excellent. The staff are all very kind and friendly. The monthly cost for her is $[removed] and includes all utilities including cable and internet. Once a week housekeeping and laundry for bedding and towels. The location is very central. Always very clean and no odors. I would Highly recommend this place.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. For example, very helpful in getting the phone and 2 TVs up and running. Someone is always available. This is an Independent Living facility, so there is no assistance in personal care. But they're always helpful with other needs. The meals are 3 times a day with snacks available and are adequate. There are many activities available so the residents can be as involved as they choose.

The staff are very good. They seem to be missing some people right now but it is still good. This is a very nice place. I just wish there was a swimming pool and a flat place to walk due to it being on a hillside. It is overall a nice place. This is my first experience with a retirement community.

I would recommend that you check this community out for your loved one. The food is very good, and there is a big variety. There are three meals served each day and there is a menu to choose from, or another menu if you don't like what is being served.

I found the staff very friendly willing and helpful. The community is more appropriate for resident who need assistance in ADLs but not so much for people with mobility issues and require higher levels of support. The elevator can't accommodate a full size power chair. Overall, it was a great place but it wasn't good fit for my dad.

This place is wonderful in all aspects. Monthly fee may be too high plus the buy down/payment. However, it remains at the top of our list.

While looking into some options for my loved one I found that this location was expensive. They require a big down payment for the apartment. However, I liked this place the best out the other locations that I have seen. It’s very clean, I liked the lay out, there’s a lot to do, it looks new, it’s in good condition, and I thought the rooms were really nice. I was looking at a standard studio and its good sized, it has a kitchenette, has a little stop top burner, refrigerator, cabinet, pantry, and it’s like a little apartment.

My mother-in-law was here and it was nice. We had a room for her at the top and there was a beautiful garden. However, the kitchen was not full and was only a sink and a microwave. The problem we had was that she’d go down for meals and they wouldn’t let her sit in certain spots. It wasn’t very welcoming or friendly and eventually she stopped going downstairs for her meals. The facility really was nice, though, and it was kept clean. If you need someone to help you sort your pills out once a week, it does cost extra money, but it’s available.

This community looked very nice when we took our tour. The person that took us on tour was friendly. They have good food and lots of choices. They allow pets and seem to offer some daily activities. They were a little higher priced than what we were looking for.

I saw a lot of good things as we walked through the community for our tour. The residents were very friendly when meeting them. We like the food was the best after eating a meal in the dining room. My mom didn't like the room we were shown, too small. Overall, my mom thought it was too big and said she would get lost in the community.

Very welcoming -- staff and residents. Facility built against a steep hillside with multiple levels -- and interesting and inviting arrangement. Community areas well decorated and spacious. Rooms are airy and light.

This community is absolutely beautiful. It's a very nice option. We did not choose it because they didn't offer the assistance my mother needs.

My mother loves it at the Waterford Terrace! Since the day she got there, they call her by her first name. They have more activities than she can handle which are great and the food is wonderful. She is always telling me that it is a dream come true!

I would defiantly recommend this community to anyone looking for a clean and well maintained assisted living for there loved one. I had taken a tour for my grandmother and thought this facility was just lovely. All of the staff was so welcoming and patient with us. It was just too far of a drive for the family and I to get to my grandmother.
