I can never get an answer when I call. Always have to leave a message, if anyone does answer. Also my loved one says he is intimidated by some of the staff. I know he can be difficult at times, but I think there are other ways to handle the problem. It was also the best value for the cost. Whether seniors are in need of assisted living or memory care, Vibrant Life Superior Township offers on-site care, supervision, and assistance for both. Care at Vibrant Life Superior Township is personalized — those with memory loss have three different levels of care available, ranging from early- to late-stage dementia. Between round-the-clock caregivers and an on-call nurse, the community provides a variety of care services, ranging from assistance with activities of daily living to medication management. Additionally, the community has a physician’s group visit residents weekly. Besides personal care, the community has on-site rehabilitation services, including physical, speech, and occupational therapy.
In addition to consistent supervision, the community houses a wide range of luxurious amenities and stimulating activities. Residents can meet their dietary needs thanks to the nutritious meals served three times a day. Plus, caregivers are available to assist during mealtimes. Besides enjoying meals, residents can participate in a variety of hobbies like book clubs, arts and crafts, walking club meetings, and pet visits.

My mom's building is clean and nicely decorated. My mom loves the food. Her private room is beautiful! Also big with a bedroom, living room and bathroom. They have lots of things to do. Mom loves and wins at bingo quit often. There is however problems with laundry. They take her basket to wash and bring it back with someone else's clothes. Almost every time. She's "lost" almost all her clothes. I have spoke to staff many times but nothing gets done. This is very stressful for her. 95 % of staff are wonderful and are very helpful with good attitudes. I would recommend this place if laundry was done properly.

Most people are there for dementia and cognitive issues. My father in law has all his mental faculties but no physical mobility. Staff is pleasant but usually not enough people to care for all the residents. My father in law has to wait hours to get cleaned up with bathroom issues.

I would tell other families looking into Vibrant Life Superior Township to talk to the current residents and/or their family there currently before committing. They really need to improve on intake assessment and care planning. Engaging with residents and/or family were wholly inadequate. Based off of our experience, I would not recommend Vibrant life to others.

My loved one is currently a resident at Sodalis Superior Township. I think it would be helpful if they set up a few family meetings during the transition to Assisted Living. I also think it would be easier to work through the bumps and things if there was a weekly Forum for the first month or so.

My loved one, loves the food. They offer a lot of activites. We picked this community because, my loved one really found people who were, personable, happy, nice and helpful. We also loved the atmosphere. I would recommend to other families.

I toured Vibrant Life and it was a very nice, but older facility. They have a nice concept with the different living cottages. The director was kind and so were all of the other people I met. I didn't feel like they had enough going on, they seemed a bit disorganized. I'm sure they're still working on things after the impact of Covid. If they keep on track, I'm sure they could be a great place for some people. The community was clean and friendly, they seemed like they had a good staff environment. We chose another community because Vibrant Life just wasn't the perfect place for us.
