Tuscan Gardens of Delray Beach

Pros: The staff is very attentive and caring. Cons: smells of urine throughout the memory care unit. It was not the facility we initially chose. We initially chose [facility name removed], but staff was inattentive there. My moms hospice nurse recommended Tuscan And we were very pleased with the care she received.

We love the day staff that works at Tuscan Gardens. The community itself is very clean and it is under new management. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

I live out of state, and it’s nice to know my dad is cared for and in a safe place. He really likes not having to cook and clean anymore and he enjoys the daily happy hours! The facility is beautiful and welcoming and the staff is very friendly.

My dad has been living at Tuscan Gardens in the memory care. This was a very difficult decision for our family, but he has been taken care of and is given activities to do every day and gourmet meals to eat in a nice dining room. We are very happy with the staff and his private room. He has his own bathroom with a walk in shower. There is also a big courtyard he likes to sit outside and there is plenty of shade. We can’t recommend Tuscan gardens enough!

I toured Tuscan Gardens for my mom who is unhappy at her current community. The building is beautiful. Gorgeous high ceilings, fun Italian theme, really friendly staff and residents. I hope they have an opening soon for my mom!

We returned for a second tour as we have narrowed our search for next steps for mom and dad to be well cared for on an assisted Living. Tuscan Gardens is our top choice as I assess and compare facilities. Resort style feel with comfortable and beautiful apartments; open spaces inside and beautiful courtyard and property grounds with walking paths. Great dining options with skilled chef providing homemade food. Great amenities and activities to encourage senior socialization. Professional staff. Impressive facility and looking to finalize our plans within 2-3momths.

We had a wonderful experience, go see the place.We picked this community, because it was beautiful, clean, great staff, and near out house.

While the location is new, it is very understaffed. The rooms are NOT cleaned properly and the food is not acceptable. The management really has no excuses they shrug and say they understand your concerns but do nothing. Avoid at all costs if you care for your relative.

We recently helped my parents [name removed] and [name removed] move into Tuscan Gardens in Delray Beach Fl. The move went very smoothly. Tuscan Gardens has been wonderful during this huge change/emotional time in my parents' lives. Leaving their house of 35yrs is a huge adjustment. I am thankful they have each other. The staff at Tuscan Gardens has done a wonderful job of orientating my parents and helping them feel extremely welcomed and cared for. It all started the day they moved in with a festive Red Carpet welcome by the staff and residents when they first walked through the front doors! There was also a beautiful gift basket full of goodies waiting for them in their apartment! Thank you Tuscan Gardens for your patience and for being intentional in everything you all do to bless the lives of all the residents at Tuscan. They're all someones mom, dad, uncle ,aunt, sibling, grandpa, grandma etc.The nurses, aids and cleaning staff have been very kind. They also offer many activities and entertainment.

My husband was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s three years ago. I was able to care for him at home until this past December when I knew he needed more care than I could provide for him at home. After touring at least a dozen assisted living/memory care facilities in the area, I walked into Tuscan Gardens and knew I had found the place that I had been looking for. From my initial meeting with the Community Relations Director through the stressful transition moving him out of our home, the entire team a Tuscan Gardens eased my concerns and provided the support that he needed. I visit him often and he always has a smile on his face. The Memory Care Director and her team are amazing and very patient with all the residents. I would not hesitate to recommend Tuscan Gardens, if you are looking for a beautiful and caring community for your loved one.

I have been seeing patients in this building, for two years and have seen, the welcoming attitude of the staff firsthand. From the moment I entered the building, I have felt like I was welcome here.

On my recent visit to Tuscan Gardens of Delray Beach, I had the great pleasure of taking a tour with [name removed] the sales Director. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. In fact all of the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The building is beautiful and the residents were happy. I definitely recommend this community.
