From our initial meeting we were very impressed with Ridgeview. The staff is so kind and caring to my mom. We like the size of the facility. It’s the smallest one we looked at and that makes it easy for my mom to get around. She is busy every day with the activities they plan and enjoys the bus outings. We are so grateful to A Place for Mom for connecting us with Ridgeview.... Read more

After having my mom there for two months, we realized they could not support her with the level of care that she needed. We then had to move her to a skilled nursing facility.

I have recommended this facility to a friend of mine a few months ago. I have voiced to her that the staff genuinely care about their tenants and that is the most important aspects of an asst living facility to me

I would only recommend Ridgeview to ppl who have family that closely watch over their care plan, that services in it have been requested/approved, are necessary and actually rendered.

We placed my mom in the Ridgeview -Trustwell Assisted Living in Spokane Valley about 6 weeks ago. As anyone knows who has been in this situation it is an agonizing decision doing this. The staff was very informative and showed much care for her prior to her entering. We visited there several times and then she had a respite trial time which helped not only her but us as well. Since that time I have watched her begin to thrive and has had more interactions with others than she has since my dad passed 6 years ago. She has made friends and participates in activities regularly. The staff is very caring and attentive and the administrators interact with the residents daily. The size of the facility is smaller than others and very easy to navigate for those who would struggle navigating a larger facility like my mother. We are very happy with the care she is receiving and she is happy too.

The facility easy to navigate for the residents. The staff has outstanding one on one contact with all residents. From housekeeping to the chefs. Very caring staff. I loved the apartment setup and the size of facility stood out.

What I like the most are all the little things that the staff seems to really know their people. Any medical care seems to be on the light side. I haven't really figured that out yet. I think part of that is new management. I chose it because it's smaller and the rooms are newer.

It's a pleasant facility and very clean. The staff is friendly and caring. The thing that decided me to pick Ridgeview was the availably of a large apartment (a lot larger than any other facility but the majority here are studios). Food is mediocre. Ridgeview really does need to address that. The flip side is that the elderly do better with less highly spiced meals.

The staff welcomes family and encourages participation in activities with your person living there. Definitely a place to call home. The apartments are nice. There is 24 / 7 assistance for your needs.

Our family had an in person tour with Ridgeview Place and we really loved everything about that place except the location wasn't convenient for us, and nana didn't like the vibe. She didn't like that the front doors were locked and you had to be buzzed in. It felt like a prison to her, and it wasn't as lively of a community. There weren't as many people. The rooms were HUGE though. We loved that's
Find another community! Not only was the care lacking they had my billing messed up from the beginning which didn't get resolved until months after I moved my loved one to another facility! I would tell a friend beware and stay away from Ridgeview Place.

We give Ridgeview Place 5 stars on everything. It has been a good experience and I feel our loved one is getting good care Thank you! Mom doesn't go to many extra activities and stuff, but she does like the church services and the music. Based on our experience so far we would definitely recommend Ridgeview Place to other families.

I toured this facility and it was beautiful! Very clean place. Staff was wonderful and very understanding. They followed up with me/called me with great feedback and answers to questions I hadn't even asked yet. Ultimately, I felt the facility was too large for my loved one and not a great fit. But it was a great place!

We picked this community, because of the avalability and location. The staff is wonderful. They are very caring, and always keep me informed of my loved one's condition. One thing I would like to recommend is regular checks on the bathrooms in the lobby area.

We had a wonderful tour experience with Ridgeview Place. Unfortunately, this location was the furthest from our family which is why we decided against them, but others than that it looked like a great facility to have a loved one at.
Ridgeview came highly recommended by 2 different sources. We were in an urgent need so I did not have much time to shop around. The cost for the room is reasonable and comparable, but the cost of care is quite high comparatively. The care is great - but definitely expensive. We are pretty happy with the experience overall and would recommend them to others looking.

July 28, 2022Thanks for the review and feedback, LG! We appreciate you taking the time to share with us, and we’re so glad to hear that you’re happy with your loved one's care. Thank you again! – Team Enlivant
The staff that assisted our loved one daily were great, but the management was not. they were not clear with regards to their point system. At the beginning of the month we thought the bill was one amount and then by the middle of the month the bill was twice as much. It was never communicated to us, we felt blindsided. The cooperate management billing and what the local management was telling us were not connecting

Unfortunately while our loved one was at Ridgeview Place they declined very quickly - it was nothing of the communities fault it was the type of dementia they had. During that experience we were very happy with the community. They had a lot of great helpers and aids that became very special to us. The nurses there were just fantastic.
