Don’t go here if you like someone, a staff member, stealing from your loved ones! They will befriend them and steal from them. And they have hepatitis! This place doesn’t do a very well of a back ground check. Be careful who your loved one is around. A wolf can be in sheep’s clothing.

The community is ran by the nicest people. We have 3 meals a day. Laundry service, house cleaning service, transportation to appointments, Trips to shopping, weekly music groups, library visits, and so much more. Living here is beautiful and so peaceful.

My Mom was a resident at Trinity Community at Miami Township. The staff is wonderful and very caring. I found them to be friendly and ready to help. The housekeeping was great! My mom's apartment was always neat as a pen. Communication with the family was wonderful and I thought the food was really great quality. I would recommend this facility as first class. In fact, I may be trying to move here in the next few years or so.

Trinity Community wasn’t as nice as another place we looked at, but it was less expensive. The main problem for my loved one was her pets. They're like her kids, so she has to have them with her. Trinity does offer pet care services for those who can't care for them on their own, but it just would have been too expensive to have them provide that necessary help.
The staff is very helpful, and they're very concerned about their residents. It's been hard because there's so much our loved one hasn't been able to do due to Covid. I think that they've worked really hard to consider their residents' safety, as well as be proactive. They've arranged to have Covid vaccines on site, which is nice. Everything is just so different from what it would be normally. It's been difficult for our loved one moving in and not being able to see people, but that's definitely not Trinity's fault. Things are opening up more and more as everyone is getting vaccinated and regulations are changing.

Our experience has been excellent, we would give them a 10 plus, the cleanliness of the community is great. Everyone we have been in contact with so great and very friendly, and we think the value is wonderful. We cannot believe how helpful they have been. We cannot say enough good things about everyone there.

My dad loves it at Trinity. It is a great place. My dad is kinda shy but he was really getting into the activities and making friends but is now under quarantine . I am so glad he is there, if he was still living on his own it would be really hard to get to him and get groceries so I am glad he is there. Staff is so friendly. Staff was so patient and helpful when we were going through the whole process. [name removed] drove over to pick up my dad for a second tour, she pulled into his garage so he did not have to get wet. They really go above and beyond.

The community is nice inside, but older building. The staff is very friendly and we had wonderful chat with [name removed] about our parents and other things. Cost of community is much higher than other assisted/independent living for the square footage. The additional costs would discourage our parents even more.

The rooms are large and have several amenities such as balconies, washer/dryer in each apartment and a special director with plans outside and special entertainment during the week at the facility. The residents are very friendly and make you feel welcome from day one.

Great place for mom and dad! Life is very enhanced with all the activities. Each day life is better because of the residents and staff. We are so grateful to god for helping to find this place. A difficult decision in our age group. Make a big different but like is so much better in a community setting.

This is a comfortable and friendly community. In many ways, this community behaves much like extended family. Many activities encourage large group and small group participants.

This is a good community for my mom. The staff are caring and always attentive. The menu is good and she is pleased with the nice variety of healthy meals. They do have a good list of activities for they have activities for the others that she is trying to get used to doing with the others. We would recommend this community and we like knowing that she does have a friend that is moving in soon.

I toured this community for my mother, and her needs. My tour went well. The community looked nice, everything appeared neat, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, and kind. They have good activities available for the residents. Unfortunately their rates were to high for our budget, and the location of the room they showed us was to far for her to walk. It is a nice community, but it wasn't the one for us.

Everything is going really well. Mom loves it and so do we. Mom likes the food and the dining so that she can socialize. The community is always clean which is a big thing for us. We like that it is so close so that we can visit mom more often.

It is really a good fit for her and her needs. The staff is wonderful, I know she is in good hands. She is very pleased with the meals. I've had a meal and it was very good. I'am very pleased with her move here, and I would recommend it. It is a very nice place.
