Townhouse Center for Nursing and Rehab

Everything here is a five! We did not have any complaints. This was not the first time we used Townhouse for my loved one. Both times they exceeded our expectations. My father really enjoyed the therapy services. They were great. All of the staff members are very good.

Overall they drop the ball with communication.

So far, he is doing good. They have always been helpful and informative when I ask them a question. They all do a good job. They have always been polite, friendly, and helpful. My father eats it all so he likes it. I have no problems if I have a question they answer it.

I know she was a difficult patient, but they did everything they could for her. They were pretty good. They were very friendly. They called to let me know about any updates.

The nurse were really good and the meals looked good too!

She's not thrilled about anywhere but home. But, Townhouse has been very good. I am just happy she is out of bed. At least she is getting out and sitting with people. They are very good. They answer any questions that I may have.

As far as I know, my loved one enjoys the therapy! I haven't been there but he is starting to get up and swivel. Whenever I ask them a question they answer. They are really helpful The whole place whenever I looked it really wasn't dirty. When we were having lunch they came around and cleaned up the floor. They really keep the place clean. I haven't tasted the meals yet. They tell me everything that was going on.

Overall, everything was good.

There are some challenges but we worked some of them out. The facility is clean and they have a structured system. The nurses seem to care but they do not have enough nurses. I am not satisfied with the nurse's aides. The nurses are more friendly. They greet you from the front desk. It is clean.

They were very attentive and making sure she got the best possible care there. The therapists went above and beyond. Really her room there was a difference between floors. No one knew what was going on. The ice machine was out the entire stay on her floor. She enjoyed the bbq chicken they had. Some communicated and some didn't.

Everyone was friendly.

He was not being cared for and was put in a chair. The occupational therapist was great and she was appalled that he was left in a chair alone. Some nurses are better than others. There was one nurse we were not happy with. The nurse's assistants were good. The staff were all friendly and even the social workers were friendly. They did not get back to us right away and we were there every day.

Everyone was very caring and it was a very clean facility! I really enjoyed the meals. I think there was only one meal that I received that I didn't enjoy.

I like the experience at Townhouse and my husband likes the food!

The therapy was good.

Overall, it was a good experience. I enjoyed the activities that they offered and the head nurse was very good. The therapy was good as well but I felt that I spent too much time in my wheelchair throughout the day rather than moving around.

The communication was good.

It is very clean and the social and financial teams are very good with communication!

It is a very nice place and it is convenient. The parking is great and they are all very nice there. The food is very good and they even have fun activities! They took us to Hicks Farm for a day trip!

It is going pretty well! The food is good and the people pay attention to my loved one well. At times the care is a little slow because they are busy with other patients but they are very receptive so far! During our visit an administrative person came over and introduced themselves and were very nice. They have had excellent communication with me.
