Town Village

I haven't heard any comments about the facility and the only thing about the staff is that food service is slow and many times out of common staple items. ( I don't understand the slow comment, where are they going and gives time to socialize a little, my opinion only). There isn't enough food of some things before running out, even in the early serving hours, such as baked potatoes etc.

I moved my father into Town Village and the beginning of January. It seem to be going well until the certified nurse was fired and they failed another one. Medication management was a disaster and I am still dealing with managing his medication myself. They told me they were going to transfer all of his medication‘s to a pharmacy that delivers to them, and it never happened. Nobody there knew what to do and he ended up not taking his cancer medication for two days while they were trying to get their act together. I had to step in and correct it. My dad does seem happy there, the staff is very nice. The food is really good. I think this facility lacks the proper leadership and management in someways. The staff members for transportation, and his Medicine Aid are very nice people and do a very good job. I think if there was more accountability and more structure with the staff, it would be a really great place. For now I’m giving this three stars because I think they can do better.

The place for me needs to be more updated. But I am here. It is the apartment itself that has never been done over. But the people who live here are very happy and the staff is good. Don't know much yet because still moving in

What we like the most about the community is the community itself as well as the friendliness of the staff members. We would recommend the Town Village community to other families.

I've only visited the community once,, but the Town Village community is a beautiful place. My sister seems happy there and when she is happy that's enough for me.
