Frequent employee turnover and poor continuity in Assisted Living. All too frequently having to contact management because of medication issues and things not being done (e.g. shower assistance) per schedule. Quality of care is a 2 (e.g. being charged an extra [fee removed]/mo for someone to be there to assist her into/out of the shower 2x/wk to only get one shower assist or none at all because they can't schedule a specific time period (e.g. Mondays and Thursdays between 9a and 11a); then trying to get credited back for certain things/services and having to take so much time to see if they follow through with what they say... I would not recommend anyone to move there. Because of the poor quality of care, lack of continuity, frequent changes in staff and management, poor food quality and value we regret moving mom there.

Our loved one doesn't want to participate in activities so we cannot rate them. [name removed] and [name removed] are wonderful caregivers and based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend the Touchmark at Coffee Creek community to other families

I toured Touchmark at Coffee Creek and it was great! But the price for the amount of space my loved one would get for her money was too much for her budget. The studio apartment was more money than a 1 bed, 1 bath full kitchen at a different facility. The grounds aren't as nice as some of the other facilities, either.
Quality of care 4, but would be a 5 if they weren't having such problems in hiring and keeping staff. You pay for basic room, then points according to your needs. That is supposed to be evaluated two weeks after moving in and then every thirty days. It hasn't happened yet and they have been here now for nine months. Staff 5, although turnover is high. They are having extreme difficulty in hiring. It's very expensive. Overall, Touchmark is a wonderful place, but staffing is a problem. But that's true with restaurants, stores, etc right now.

We toured Touchmark at Coffee Creek and it was very nice, but they had a buy-in. We weren't too excited about the buy-in, otherwise it was a very nice community.
We chose Touchmark at Coffee Creek because of what they had to offer. After looking around, everything is just so well kept. It is really a 5 star facility. The staff are fabulous and we really enjoy working with them. I cannot say enough about them, I would absolutely recommend this facility to others.

I toured a lot of places and they were all nice, but I really wanted a house which is why I chose Touchmark. I have 2 dogs and have a nice patio and yard so that works really well for them. They also have housekeeping twice a week too. The staff and residents are so welcoming and everyone knows me by name. The food is excellent, it is chef prepared and it is presented very beautifully and there is a lot of variety. There are a ton of activities provided, I could be busy 16 hours a day if I wanted to. If I ever have any maintenance requests, they are quick to come fix things. I would absolutely recommend to others looking, all houses are full right now but they are in the process of building out.

We chose Touchmark because I liked their set up with the rooms, they were a nice size and very bright and cheery. Each unit only has 12 rooms so there was good one on one care and the staff really knew their residents. Also there were no hallways, they were shaped in a horse shoe and in the middle was where they ate and did activities so no one had to maneuver down a hallway. Everything was right there when they stepped out of their rooms. The facility is also very secure and they had tons of activities to participate in. I am glad that my mom was here in her final days and I would recommend them to others who are looking.

We chose Touchmark at Coffee Creek because they had independent houses which is what we were wanting with the ability to move into apartments or assisted living later in life if needed. The houses are great size, ours is a 2,000 square foot house. The meals are chef prepared and we enjoy them. I think the overall feel of the facility is great, whatever state you are in they want to enrich your life where you are. I would recommend to others looking and already have.

Have had one tour and going back Friday for another of a rental house. So far my favorite place, IF I can afford it. Close to all my places I routinely visit—pharmacy, stores, doctor.

We chose Touchmark because we really liked the atmosphere, how close it was to us, and it also had good ratings. The room sizes here seem good compared to others we saw. We had some issues with the on-boarding process and it was a mess. Overall, I would recommend with some reservations.

Even during the quarantine they have close circuit TV so we are still doing activities and keeping busy. They have luxurious landscaping, close to walking paths. Top quality place. One of they best places in the area. The dining services are great. They have a lot of variety. You can get whatever you want whenever you want it.

Touchmark's staff went above and beyond to help me with my Aunt and Uncle. They were so helpful in all aspects of their stay. I could never have managed if A Place for Mom hadn't found them for me.

Took Tour on Sunday, with [name removed]. Because of the day of the week and time we toured, there did not seem to be a lot of activities happening. [name removed] answered all questions. Facility is what I would call top shelf, and the pricing also reflects that. Beautiful gym area, separate activities room, large library. Tornado shelter in underground garage area.

The atmosphere of this community is great! You feel it when you first walk into the community. They offer complimentary meals and guest stays to try it out. They have beautiful cottage homes, independent living (various sizes all the way up to 1400 sq ft), assisted living and memory care. They have 24 hr nurses on duty (not on call) which is great. They have staff longevity and everyone seems to enjoy working there. The residents are up and around visiting with each other. They offer a lot of activities. This is a great community that has a good reputation in Edmond. No other community can compete with them.
