The staff and residents are very friendly and welcoming! Can't say enough wonderful things about [name removed] who helped us through the paperwork and transition. The dining room is open and bright with white tablecloths. The servers know the residents by name. The food is good with lots of options. The lobby has high ceilings with large windows that allow lots of light which makes it feel cheerful. The nurses and med techs are so compassionate and attentive. Mom is so happy there which gives her children peace of mind!

The facilities promises were many, but we found that they didn’t follow through. [name removed] could never depend on them to show up for help with her shower. Take her trash out or do her laundry. When they did do her laundry, even brought her laundry back folded, but still wet, The activities listed on the board were many, but very few actually happened and very few residents participated . Once [name removed] moved into the facility, the promises of helping her with socialization were basically not kept. The residents Were often seen just sitting outside or inside with nothing to do and often just dozing off. It seems to be a place to just wait for dying. [name removed] was very unhappy there.

When it comes to the cleanliness for the memory care we gave it a 2 for our dad, and a 3 for the assisted living side for our mom. Thankfully Hospice goes in to check up on Dad and gives him showers in memory care! Otherwise he wouldn't get a shower! Laundry is always piled up! Never gives him water! Teeth are never brushed, I could go on and on!! The Willows could train there help and have some oversight for their help! They have new cooks my mother complains all the time tough meat mushy veggies!

The facility did Not give medication to my mother in law and father in law for a full week they were in Respite care at The Willows. They both were not showered during the week. My mother in law came home with visible soiled pants. When I was promised of better care, I placed my mother in law in Respite Care out of desperation. My mother in law fell and no one gave me the same story. They told me she had hit her head but after a trip to the emergency room, it was a broken hip.

Well maintained facility with basic level of care. Not overly communicative with families. Limited sense of community. We picked this community because of the apartment size and value. Cleanliness.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Willows and the experience has been very good so far. I like that this facility is smaller and more personal. The staff is friendly. The housekeeping staff does a great job. This facility definitely delivers. I would recommend The Willows to family and friends.

We needed a place with ec license. Cost is reasonable and location is close to where my sister lives. They have: stable management. Most have been there since opening. Staff behavior indicative of real caring. Respectful.

From the first day we stopped into The Willows, through the move-in process and all of the emotions that come with that, our experience has been stellar. Everyone is kind, thoughtful and supportive. We are so grateful we found this facility.

What we really like about The Willows is the location of the facility as well as the assistance and speed that the staff provided when placing our family members. One thing they could work to improve on is the staffing especially at night time they do seem a little short staffed.

I really like The Willows. There have just been some bumps in the road. I do think it would be helpful if they could have a meet and greet when you move in, she had to figure everything out herself once she moved in. I do really like all the staff, they are short staffed but that is true of every place right now. The staffing in the dining area, that all is awesome. They are really nice and the service is great, so is the food. I like that memory care is in the same building, it makes it really convenient and the care has been really good. Overall the experience has been good and I would recommend The WIllows.

I go there every day, and my experiences have been good. I eat there. Everybody there is very nice, and I know they're taking good care of my husband - that's the most important thing. It's a beautiful facility as well. I would recommend it.

This community was just not appropriate for my loved ones condition. The tour was great and I was able to see everything and I got all of the information that I needed from the community. It was just not the right fit for what my loved one needed.
Our family had an in person tour and The Willows is a very nice community, but the cost was much hire than other communities we were looking at. However our loved ones would of been very comfortable there, they made us feel welcomed and any questions we had, they answered.
Overall, I was pretty happy with the community. There were some concerns over the medical part for my loved one. I wish there was better follow up for my loved one. There were some activities such as bingo, music, and more for the residents to choose from.

They are a great place. They have their own staff which leads to a high quality of care. We have had good communication. We have been pleased across the board. They have handled everything with Covid and quarantine very well. Staff has a very good rapport with the residents. Food is of high quality.

We had a wonderful experience at The Willows! [Names removed] (head of memory care) and [name removed] (fantastic nurse in memory care) all came to my rescue when I needed an emergency placement for my mom. They even have a great hair salon. I would recommend The Willows to anyone!

A Place for Mom has scored The Willows 8 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
