February 8, 2024Thank you so much for taking the time to write us a positive review. We strive to have a home like, warm & welcoming feeling at our community and are so glad you were able to see that. Thank you again for your kind words!
My Mom lived at Atria then it was sold and became the Village at Towngate, that is when things started to go downhill. My Mom had an aide that was very mean and disrepectful and gave rough showers in a filthy outdated shower room, trash overflowing the trash can and a dirty toilet usually filled with something smelley. The whole place uses the toilet in there. [date removed] my Mom suffered a heart attack while fighting in the shower with this aide. I did report her and nothing was done. She does not assist those who need help toileting at all and lets them sit in wet diapers and also won't come when the call button is pushed. Not a healthy place any more unless you can live with NO assistance. Management is lax and uncaring. Mom went to the hospital then rehab then hospice then died. No one from the place cared kept her mail and overcharged an extra two weeks.

I think they do a really good job caring for the residents and overall the cleanliness and communication between the staff is pretty good.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The community is bright, cheery, and clean. The rooms are nice and the staff do a good job at keeping it clean. The residents are out of their rooms and able to socialize.

Atria is a friendly place. There are activities for the residents. The staff show concern for the residents as well. Some of the activities are walking, bingo, garden club and more for the residents to choose from. There is down time for the residents to watch television.

The community is smaller, nice bright, cheerful and that's a plus. They do a good job keeping an eye on the residents. The food variety needs to improve. We would like the staff to announce themself before they come into the rooms. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

Our tour with Atria Greece was very nice and the guy who showed us around was understanding and not at all pushy. The facility is larger and my dad has some vision issues so we thought it may be harder for him to navigate. The pricing is also al a carte which can be good or bad depending on your situation.
This community is very strict with covid guidelines. They have not had a covid case with the staff or residents. The food is cooked by a Michelin chef. They are very kind and attentive to my loved one he loves it there.

The staff was very cooperative. The marketing person I was working with who helped us move in was very friendly and very cooperative. He answered all my questions and was very good at his job. I was impressed with him. My loved one passed away shortly after moving into Atria, and the staff was affected by that too. That meant to me that they were very involved and concerned with the welfare of their residents. That was something that really impressed me about them. It was like a family, and I liked that aspect of it. It was a little pricey, but I don't think they're more than anybody else in the area. And I feel they're reasonable for what they offer.

My loved one had a beautiful room. This community has walkways, and gardens. The med department was a little iffy. The activities included cooking, sewing, cards, every Sunday they took car rides. They even had line dancing. All of this was prior to Covid as an activities.

Everyone was very friendly and I was there for 11 weeks. In the beginning, the care was excellent. They did provided a lot of activities for the residents, which I thought was great. At other communities I looked at, they had a lot of issues with accessibility, especially with regard to opening heavy doors. I visited Atria and knew immediately that they would be able to accommodate for some of my needs. They knew I wouldn't have been able to hear them knock on my door so they would shine a light which I thought was great. The first 8 weeks was fantastic, overall, I would definitely recommend Atria. The food was great too, they really had the kitchen going!

The staff was great about treating each resident personally. They did a great job of being personal with the residents and they made sure to get to know them and their families. The staff was always very friendly and responsive. They were quick to respond to our requests. The grounds of the community are also very pleasant. We hit some road pumps initially, however they were very good about coming up with solutions. The room my father stayed in was also very impressive. The manager clearly cares a lot about the staff and residents. The social worker on staff was also very friendly and took the time to talk to us. The chef does an absolutely outstanding job as well. The dining room was very elegant and they did a great job with making it feel welcoming. The care we observed towards the residents was excellent. We can't say enough good things about Atria Greece.

This facility was very nice. Clean and very friendly people. I find that the resident rooms are a bit small. I enjoyed meeting with [name removed] and will keep Atria as an option for my dad.

My mother has been there since October 2017, she hates it! They don't get anything right! The bill was wrong for the first 3 months she was there. They tried increasing it each month til they finally told me well she needs coaching to get dressed and that's 450! A month extra! For queing her to get dressed, she is very independent. They are still giving her regular boost when over s month ago I told them she can't drink it she's lactose intolerant. The Med tech called today to tell me she refused the boost. I said she can't drink it! They never changed it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!! We are looking to move her asap!!

We are very pleased with the changes that we are seeing in our mom since she has moved here and she likes her room. The community is very nice, there is a nice courtyard where the residents can sit and visit with family and friends. The staff is friendly and supportive and they encourage mom to take part in the activities. Mom really enjoys going to the dining area and she likes the food. I would recommend a tour of this community.
