Welcome Home

I walked into Solano Preserve and was welcomed by staff and residents. The pristine surrounding and beautiful furnishings in the entry let me know that this could be my new home. I was shown several different floor plans and definitely saw one that met my needs, On the same day, I was able to meet many of the residents and it was an overwhelming vote for happiness, contentment, and the activities they offered are so much fun and enable you to get to know others quickly. Since I have lived here, I have never looked back. There are opportunities to stay busy-- Wine Wednesdays ( live entertainment); lots of card, dominoes, and bingo; multiple exercise opportunities, day trips to musicals, and many more choices including taking a nap and having some "me time". I have lived here since [date removed]. The Director and her staff strive to make residents feel at home and are sensitive to needed changes and adjustments. During COVID the staff went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed and to keep our spirits up while we were isolated from our families. The facility is welcoming and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The available activities are many and varied enough to cover many interests and abilities. They include exercise programs, Bingo, Bridge, arts and crafts programs, brain exercises, movie nights and many more. Excellent entertainers come in at least once a week for an enjoyable Happy Hour. Outside trips often occur and the residents' ideas are sought after. Our meals are delicious and served in a lovely dining room, but the apartment kitchens have full kitchens for at home meals. There are several apartment styles to accommodate couples or single residents. I love living here and always feel comfortable and safe.

Beautiful and Gracious Living

Everyone is so friendly and inviting, the facility is beautiful. Our experience touring, signing up and moving was so easy. [name removed] and [name removed] were wonderfully patient as we struggled to make the decision to leave my Mother’s home and move into Solano. But once my mom visited Solano Preserve she was confident that it was the right place, right time, and right decision. She’s been her almost two weeks and each day she is so excited to tell me all the great things she did that day. My heart is happy that we chose Solano.

Great place to live

Very happy here. People very friendly and director is very on hands. When moving in there was some lack of communication but overall I am very happy here and I really like my apartment. The food and service could improve. However, I do recommend The Solana Preserve.

My parents are excited to be new residents at Solana. They are very happy with how helpful and friendly the staff and other residents have been. They are looking forward to getting involved in some of the many activities that are offered to the residents. Their apartment is perfect for them. I am very pleased that they made the move to Solana.

Simply one person's thoughts

The move in process was all you might expect. Difficult communicating with Xfinity regarding getting TV service. Plan on more time than you think it will physically take. The meals are good quality, but I do wonder if they could use more variety. After doing a thorough study and understanding all, you would probably be very satisfied here. They have a lot of planned activities. Excellent staff all around, for the most part. Cleaning is usually good in unit. Maintenance is quick to address needs/repairs. The dining room staff are good, but seem a little short of help. The Director spent an unusual amount of time answering family members' questions and concerns.

Tour Review

Our family had an in person tour and The Solana was very nice but our MIL was not interested in condo/apartment set up. She wanted her own place with a yard. However the reps we dealt with was personally fantastic.

The Solana Preserve vintage Park review

We are satisfied with The Solana so far, the staff members are very friendly towards the residents and the families. When we request things they always follow through so communication seems to be excellent. Our loved one has yet to complain about the meals and always goes to the dining room for breakfast and dinner so we have to assume the meals are good. They have a lot of different activities going on - different exercises classes, yoga classes and bible studies.

This is an excellent community. The only disadvantage is their assisted living is across the street.

The community is perfect for her. They have had a good covid plan and have adapted well. The food is amazing and my mom loves it here. They have stuff going on all the time and the community is very lively and they have delivered on everything they have said they would.

Review of Solana Preserve Vintage

We were fortunately set up by [name removed] to meet [name removed] (a resident) first who helped to open our eyes to the wonders of Solana Preserve by the time we finished with [name removed} expertise on points + details, we gave our $500 in hopes of a 2 bedroom opening in time for our needs. Let me close by saying all Solana needs to do is "clone" [name removed] thank you.

Absolutely beautiful facility! The staff is friendly and genuinely care; and the residents are active and friendly folks. This is a new facility so they are willing to work with you on finances and find the best option for your parents. It's close to shopping and all amenities have been thought of. The food was good at lunch and we even got to tour current resident apartments. I would highly recommend the facility!
