The staff are very nice and know residents names. I just feel there was a a lack of communication between the workers. The facility is very nice and kept clean. Lots of areas where residents and socialize or just relax for awhile.

My sister-in-law, [name removed], has been in the Province of Southampton for 3 months now and we are very happy with everything about the facility. She is enjoying all the activities that they offer and is hardly ever in her room, which is a good thing. She has made friends and enjoys sharing meals with them and she is very happy with the quality of her meals. Everyone at the facility is very friendly and helpful and she is particularly fond of [name removed], the Activities Director. He is so accommodating to all the residents. We are very pleased that we put our sister in Province and want to give a shout-out to [name removed] from A Place for Mom for the time and energy that he put in to our finding a wonderful place for [name removed].

The meals are wonderful!! They have problems with staffing. A lot of the people that were there 6 months ago are gone.

When buzzer is tripped it can take up to 30 minutes for a response. Dinning room understaffed-can take up to 30 minutes to have order taken Menu very limited Laundry facilities ok

[name removed] the sales Mgr is terrific as is [name removed] the nurse,. [name removed] and [name removed] are also good. [name removed] who is the head of the dining room is absolutely wonderful. Always concerned for her residents. I don't know alot of the aids because my mom is on hospice and has her own Bayada team that takes care of her personal needs. My mom does talk highly about [name removed]. A few people including my mom are on oxygen and they have limited time with their tanks. So outside activities off the property have to keep that in mind. The onsite activities- there doesn't seem to be a lot of participation- I think the residents may need to be reminded of these activities every few hours. The elders are forgetful. Only about 3-4 people show up for on site activities

Nestled off of Street road. Beautiful well kept community run by Legend Senior Living. When you enter the community it feels like home. Very inviting ! Very engaged team and residents. The care team go above and beyond for the residents. The food is good but lacks presentation. First community Ive toured that has 4 activities assistants. The resident director is very engaged with her residents and even has her own activites she does with the residents which is rare to see most stay in their offices. The sales team those two ladies have such amazing energy you feel it throughout the community. Hands down to the maintenance crew the place is very well kept. Definitely a community we will be considering.

The staff is caring and knowledgeable. The facility is beautiful. The rooms are roomy and up to date. Communication is good. Staff gets back to concerns. Food is good and they go out of their way to accommodate dietary requirements. I would recommend this facility for family members.

I cannot say enough about the staff. From the Director, [name removed], and head of nursing, [names removed], to the aides, they are ALL caring, patient, and hardworking. Not only are they kind and caring to our mother, they are kind and caring to each other. It's quite remarkable. I have seen [name removed] come out of his office when a resident is crying, and comfort her. He got down on her level and spoke softly to her. He has brought residents into his office to "hang out" when they are having a hard moment. The aides are very patient and kind. My mom isn't always easy, yet they are so understanding with her. The facility is beautiful. It is bright and light and clean. My mom was in a dark facility prior to Province and I cannot begin to tell you the difference the light and clean makes. I have never seen it dirty. Not ever. I have to mention the events coordinator, [name removed]. She is the sweetest girl. She plans activities that are fun and keeps the residents engaged. She is soft-spoken and just listening to her is soothing. She also serves the residents with honor and respect. When she brings snacks around, she SERVES them, like they're important! And she knows they are! The food is very good. We had the privilege of meeting the chef when we toured and he is passionate about blessing residents with real, homemade food. We love how my mom gets to choose from two nutritious meal options, or can choose off a menu foods that are always available. Communication is top-notch. I remember [name removed] saying: "I'd much rather make a phone call, than receive one." Meaning, they want to be on top of everything before any complaints. And they are. Having my mom in the Province has been the best decision we could have made for her. I could not believe, it was actually less expensive than where she was before. I would recommend the Province to anyone. It's almost hard to believe!

Last weekend I attended the community's Sip & Shop event. The Director of Sales [name removed] had introduced herself and offered to show me around the community and educate me on the benefits of a senior living community. I have to say this community is well lit, wide halls, when passing staff and residents they all are smiling and greet you. The apartments are a nice size. I really liked the set up of the Jack & Jill private companion suites in the memory care community. Lots of engagement and activities going on. I also didnt smell any odors in the community which is a plus in my book. I sat and spoke to a few residents and they asked when I was moving in and told me about how lovely the staff was and how they give excellent care. I am not ready for senior living yet I have about 15 years I hope but this is a lovely community and I definitely wanted to shared my experience with others who might be looking.

My brother and myself were referred to Province by our father's acute rehab. We went in not knowing what to expect. Upon entering the community is well kept and the receptionist came out asking if we would like something to drink and where were we from. It felt very inviting ! [name removed] and [name removed] the Sales Directors greeted us and we went into the private dining room to discuss our father it was just nice to have a comfortable conversation and they were so knowledgeable and resourceful. We experience lunch and met the Chef [name removed]. Also as we toured a few of the residents chatted with us about how much they like living at the community. We viewed the activities calendar they have tons of activities going on. We took a tour of personal care and memory care both areas were well kept and very organized. The apartments are very large and we really liked the layout of the shared suites in memory care. When dad discharges we will definitely give [name removed] and [name removed] a call.

I was very impressed with The Province of Southampton. It is a smaller community, feels like home ! The staff and residents at The Province are very welcoming. The community is kept very clean. Lots of activities to attend and many outings to go on. What I also loved was how well lit the community was and the wide hallways. It is very easy to navigate. A huge plus is the 24 hour staff. I sat and experienced dining the Chef's food was very delicious. We also attend a few activities that were fun and well attended. There price point affordable and $[removed]your way incentive works well to help with upfront cost.

We toured The Landing of Southampton and it was just too sanitary, we were looking for something cozy. There were too many things going on and they forced activities on the residents. It is also in a terrible location. It is off of Street Road and you would never want to make a left out of there. It is a very busy road and a lot of construction is going on. They had different levels of care and I did not really understand what the extra care was going to do for my loved ones because they did not need half of the things they were saying we needed.
I toured The Landing of Southampton and it was our 1st choice. It was beautiful and had a lot to offer, however, I thought that most amenities would not benefit my aunt. She would need to be taken to activities; someone would need to take her to the bistro, library or the movie theater. I thought it was great, but not all to her benefit. With these facilities its very hard to tell until you're actually in there and spend time there. Judging by the tour, it doesn't give you enough insight as to what's going to go on when you get there.
The community is lovely and the staff is nice. This a newer community. Sometimes it takes longer than expected to fix the issues with housekeeping. Since my loved one moved in the entire management team changed. This created misunderstandings with the families and staff.

The community was okay but it was not really what I was looking for for my loved one and the location was further out. It was not a bad tour just not what I was really looking for.
My relative is at this community & we are in the process of moving her out. We have not been allowed to visit, since she moved in early last year. We also got a notice from Corporate people M.J. that a staff member tested positive for Covid & that they are testing on a weekly basis again. I don’t understand why the staff members are NOT vaccinated, since that is a requirement for all of the people living at this community. They are so short staff that they aren’t admitting any new people into the community (a friend recently inquired & was turned away; they wanted to know if they wanted to move to a sister community in Lansdale, NO); I’m surprised the State hasn’t been in to close them down… I know that we have called several times, since it takes them 20-25 minutes to answer a call bell, when people have to use the bathroom & instead they soil themselves. Whenever they open back up again… don’t bring your loved ones here. It’s a brand new beautiful community, that was 14 mths ago.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a very nice facility but to big and given our loved ones health we thought it might of been a little to overwhelming.
Do your research. Contact Bucks County Department of Aging and inquire about complaints filed. Inquire about staffing. Inquire about attrition rate. Be diligent before placing family member here. Looks can be deceiving.
