The Inn at Olentangy Trail

Yes I would recommend to others. They are very friendly and take great care of my mom. It has a very calming atmosphere. They make sure she takes her meds when needed and remind her when it's time to eat so she doesn't miss any meals. They try to get her involved in activities.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Move in went smoothly. They had extra furniture to use until we got what we wanted. The meals are quality. They have a fixed menu for the day, but you can always order soup, sandwich, burger etc. My dad loves getting ice cream after his dinner. They have a pub with happy hour every Friday. They also have a chapel, salon and activities. He gets his room and clothes washed every week. I would highly recommend it. The people living there told us that it was a great place before he moved in. He has already made friends.

I cannot find anything to fault the facility. I picked this community because of your suggestion.

The In at Olentangy Trail is a well-managed facility and has a very friendly atmosphere. I do think that they could improve on the temperature of the meals, I think that they could be served warmer than they are.

I would give a five to pretty much everything, but I'm not sure as far as activities goes. I don't know that there has been any activities for her. She seems a little bored. Some times she doesn't seem to like being in that section because it seems like she doesn't have any other people to be able to talk with except the employees. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

The staff members are very friendly, kind, and welcoming. However, there were occasionally shortages of aides and prolonged waits for assistance from aides.

The facilities are clean and visually appealing, however the nursing staff just do the bear minimum in caring for the patients. The lead nurse actually rolls her eyes when someone approaches the nursing area with a question. They don't listen to the staff family or really understand the needs of their patients.

We picked this community because, [name removed] was very professional in working with my loved one. He clearly knew his client's concerns and addressed them. He was very flexible and accommodating during my other parent's passing and I knew that these are qualities that would be best for my loved one. I have professional experience in this industry and that was also helpful - I knew what we didn't want. The staff is "top notch" according to my loved one.

The community offers a lot of activities for the residents to choose from. This is like amazing, a really nice place. They are welcoming and warm. The people are awesome. My loved one is happy here. The communication with the staff and family is amazing! The staff are on top of things. It is really wonderful. The community just lifted the COVID restrictions for visits. I am looking forward to visit my loved one in their room.

It is a wonderful place. I checked out 5 other places and they were the best value for services provided. They have so many amenities for the residents. You don't have to worry about your parent. They all seem happy and content and enjoy each others company. The staff is wonderful. The food is good. The room sizes are good, large bathrooms. They layout is good, easy to navigate.

Absolutely wonderful! Loved the lodgey feeling. I loved the set up and they both can share the same courtyard.... Trying to decide if my brother and sister in law will think it is too far. But a big possibility! Dad loves it just by my excitement and photos I shared... Brother does not think it is too far and might even enjoy getting out in the country

Great all around. Beautiful facility, excellent staff, reasonable pricing.

The Inn is a very clean and attractive facility. The staff is also very friendly and considerate to even the most cantankerous of residents. Daddy isn’t too fond of the menus but then again, he doesn’t like vegetables. He would like more moist selections. They are genuinely concerned about the residents physical and emotional health.

Totally agree with the "Nice Place Poor Management " comment! I would NOT send another loved one here again!!!!! My opinion based on my experience with this facility!

This was a nice facility when we toured! The facility did not have as many amenities as the one that we ended up choosing, but we liked it!
