From the minute we sat down with [name removed] and the team at The Inn, we felt like this was the best place for my dad. We visited several places that were all really very good, but the Inn at Library Way is where we were excited to move my dad. Proximity to where we live was important, however so were the services that were being provided. The diversity of meals, the number of activities, the amount of people on-site, the cleanliness and size of the apartments and the overall attention to detail from the nursing staff was what sold it for us. On cleanliness, sometimes there is a urine smell in the memory unit. I know it's difficult with almost everyone in depends. Probably need more air fresheners. Cost rose when she had to have two person assist and help with feeding. We thought once in memory costs wouldn't rise. Misunderstanding.

Our loved one dislikes food. We like cleanliness. Sometimes short on sides but we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

They do not have fall monitors like all of the other facilities offered if your loved one is a fall risk. I didn't know that until after we signed the papers and moved in. That would have been a deal breaker had I known. My dad fell way too much and even ended up in the hospital with a gash in his face. They did no follow up with the hospital and he ended up in a different facility for rehab because the hospital said so, and it turned out to be completely unnecessary. The Inn finally got back involved after I sent them a 30 day notice. They talked me out of it but the sales manager was nothing but rude to me until my dad passed in April. Overall the facility is nice and I know some people have good experiences there, but ours was not the best.

Everyone there is friendly and caring and have really gotten to know my dad. Response times for call buttons and questions are very quick. Everything is on one floor, we liked how the nurse station is right next to the main room, and the bathroom had plenty of room for him to move around in there with his rollater.

Our family had an in person tour with The Inn at Library Way and it was such a great tour experience that the community was actually my top pick.
It is the most wonderful place. Mom is very happy. I would recommend it to anyone. Staff know everyone by name. It is clean, good food, with lots of activities and amenities to keep the residents busy.

They are understaffed at times, but the aids are good. The food is not tomy loved ones liking. There is too much fish and pork which my loved one does not care for. It's a beautiful facility. I'm very happy with the facility. My loved one has adjusted well.

The staff is extremely friendly. The Executive Director and the sales representative always calls us by name when go over to visit. They are extremely concerned about the care our loved one is getting. They always listen to our concerns and correct anything if necessary. They're having staffing issues just like everyone, but they seem to be managing.

The sales person we talked to was very friendly. The front desk lady was nice. And everybody was very accommodating to us on our tour. The facility was very new and very lovely. I had no complaints about any of the people or anything else. If anything, it was too elegant of a surrounding for my mother's preference. And they don't transition into Medicaid later on if needed. But other than that, I thought it was a great place.
The Inn at Library Way seemed like a great facility from what we were able to see. Unfortunately they did not have the level of care that my loved one was needing and did not have a hoyer lift. It just was not going to fit our needs, but it did look like a great place.
The Inn at Library Way is a brand new facility that is very very clean. When our loved one was moving in on the memory care side it was at less then half capacity which we think helped our loved one transition in a little better. We liked that it was not overpopulated and overwhelming so she eased right on in. Based on our experience with this community we would recommend it to other families.

We toured with The Inn at Library Way and the facility was brand new and beautiful. We didn't really get the best vibes from the lady who was showing us around. The issue with it being so new was there were only about 10 residents there who had just moved in, so it was hard to gage how it would be living there since it is not established yet.
I choose this community for my mom based off of if I would live there or not. I would for sure live at this community and this is what I used to help me with making a decision for all of the communities that I visited. They have activities at this community like bingo, entertainment, daily exercise classes and more for the residents to do to stay busy in the community. My loved one is in the memory care unit and they have more activities in the assisted living unit and pull my loved one for activities from time to time. They are very new and I think they are still getting things figured out but I do still feel good for the things that they are doing for my loved one. They had a mothers day tea and it was very lovely.

It is expensive, but it is like the Taj mahal of assisted living. It looks like a lodge and when you walk in there is a big fireplace straight ahead which is the feel that we like. It is a beautiful facility that feels like home rather than being institutional like some others. They use all their own furniture and have a 2 room suite, it is just beautiful. They have a ton of activities, they do holiday crafts, tree painting, writing thank you letters to 2nd graders, and a lot of very creative things like that. They also have a Facebook page where they upload pictures of the residents doing the activities and it is so fun to look at. Coming from their daughter, I am extremely happy with the experience and would absolutely recommend them to others.

Our family had an in person tour and The Inn is so beautiful we would love to move there ourselves. We absolutely love the lady that we met with, and they have the most lovely immaculate chapel. We would give it more then 5 stars. The only reason we did not move our loved one there is because it is so brand new that they only had about 10 residents at the time.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
