We arrived for our scheduled tour, and the lady who was supposed to be there to answer our questions wasn’t available. So we toured with someone who I felt wasn’t as knowledgeable. They seemed to be the least prepared for us out of all the tours we went on. There was nothing wrong with the facility itself. It just wasn’t what my loved one was looking for. It was a multi-level building, with elevators and narrow hallways. It felt like a hotel, and she was looking for a place that felt more like a home.
The Haven community is very clean, and the staff members are super friendly. The care services are good and the food was great, our loved one really enjoyed all of the meals. We also thought the value for cost was awesome.
