It seems to be fine. He always complains and that is normal. The nursing care is fine. The staff seem to be okay. Daytime aides are better than night time aides. They are very good at being friendly. It is clean. He says the food is okay. Communication is good. So far it is fine and I contact them constantly.

Overall I'd recommend the care here, though the staff move a little slow. The meals are bland.

The rehab looks very good. The speech person was very helpful. The room is very clean. In general when you ask the people that work there to do things, they tell you they will be back and they never come back. This happens over and over. We waited 25 minutes and needed help. The staff say hello but when I go up to the desk, they seem like they do not want to help.

I'm very pleased with the therapy. I'm happy with that. There's a few things that have issues. They did not knock before entering the room and entered the room when someone was changing. There was a miscommunication about taking my loved one out with a day pass and there was a delayed discharge. They sent me looking around for proper contacts to get things done such as paperwork. Meetings should be more frequent to accommodate guests that are ready to go.

At first she was not happy and now she is happy. Some of the people are very nice and some are not. They are busy and just say hi and how are you doing and they walk out. Some staff are very nice and are good to her. They are pretty good with calling me but the doctor there did not call me yet.

I feel they take good care of my loved one and his needs. The meals are excellent, and he loves the food. We are happy with upkeep there, with no complaints. I am very pleased with how they keep the environment clean. Anything I ask has been done. They have accommodated him in therapy. There are no problems with the staff or the social worker. The communication is fine, and if there is anything wrong, they let us know and keep us informed.

I would like an overall outlook from when he came in to when he would be leaving for the care and medicine. I would also like an overall plan for getting him home as soon as possible.

The cleanliness is very good. They keep my loved one clean. The meals depend upon the day. They are nutritious, and that is where it ends. I find him eating very little, but he does that at home too. Outside of the diet, the food is pretty good.

The rehab therapy was pretty good. The nurses were pretty good. I liked the housekeepers. The bathrooms were not that clean, but for the most part, the facility was clean. I could not rest, and it was noisy. The food was not the best. I had a hard time getting information on my progress and exit date. The doctors did not check on my injuries. Maybe once, someone came and hardly looked at my injury and asked me questions. They only did this after I pushed for it with the social worker and therapists.

The facility is not perfect. He has not complained about the nursing care. Some of the nurses and aides ignore him. One of the aides was not helpful. The food is somewhat mediocre. When one of the staff members came yesterday, she asked about his condition. I thought it odd that she didn't know his condition.

When he first went there, it was not bad, and when I came there the next day, his condition had worsened. They moved him to the second floor, and that was horrible. I was not happy with that. He was there a half a day, and all I heard was screaming. He had no pillow case on his pillow.
