The Bridge at Ocala was an outstanding place for my brother. I will rate them all 5. I have never experienced such a caring group of staff people. The staff at The Bridge is amazing. Very caring and attentive. Super friendly. We get updates from the facility anytime they have something going on, like a family dinner, maintenance items, etc. Housekeeping does a good job and keeps the apartment clean weekly. We had no issues during move in. My mom says the food is usually pretty good. Says she has only had a couple meals that were not good. Portions are small, so that has been something that she has had to get used to. Recreation seems good, although they do seem to play the same games all the time. Some variety might be nice. How about some easy crafts? I absolutely would 100% recommend The Bridge to others.

My loved one is a resident at The Bridge at Ocala. The staff at this facility are caring and they take pride in the care that they give to the residents. The housekeeping is good. Communication with the family is great. We are aware of everything that is happening. The Director gave us her phone number on day one and asked that we communicate with her if there were any issues. The move in process was flawless. The meals are good. There are different choices and the residents receive a good balance of nutritional meals. I would recommend The Bridge at Ocala to others.

My dad was very impressed by his tour with Bridge at Ocala. They were very professional. The place looked great from what we were able to see. The only downfall was the location. His friends lived in Brentwood so he wanted to stay closer to them since he is still pretty independent.

Our experience with The Bridge at Ocala has been great for our family and loved one. The staff are always friendly when we visit our loved one. This is a community I would recommend to other for their loved ones. Communication could improve. Calls are not always returned medication changes should be discussed prior to making changes. Test results should also be communicated especially with primary family contact.

This is such a special place! Our brother lived here for three years and he was so happy here. He told us over and over on how much he loved living here. The staff became family to him. Before deciding on a facility for {name removed} we toured several. The Bridge won hands down. It sets the Gold standard on every level. We are so grateful for the staff for their care, hospitality and genuine concern.
Have had a loved one at The Bridge at Ocala for several years. The facility is clean and beautifully maintained. The staff are caring, patient, friendly, and competent people. I know that my dad is safe and well cared for. I trust[name removed] and her team to always answer my requests and questions. She is excellent at keeping us informed especially during this pandemic. If you need assisted living resources I believe this is the best in Ocala.
