My loved one is a resident at The Bentley and overall things have been good. However, the food is a hit or miss and I do wish that they had a better housekeeper for the units.

The Bentley is a lively place. They have lots of activities. They have a PT/OT facility onsite, so I get therapy regularly. The food is decent. Not great.

I toured this facility and it seemed very nice! It looked like a good place. Cleanliness and friendliness were good. We definitely thought this facility was a viable option for our loved one.
I toured this community, the smell was unpleasant.
We had to move quickly. The residual effects of my illness made it impossible for me to return to our apartment. A counselor at the rehab facility helped us look at a few places. Due to my condition, we were unable to tour properties. We chose The Bentley mainly because they had home help services onsite via an outside company and they had onsite physical therapy.

We chose The Bentley because the staff was very friendly and informative during out tour. It is a smaller community and the value for the money is very good. The apartment sizes are great for what dad wanted. He loves the food here, he gets a menu everyday and it is served restaurant style. He loves all of the staff members and is super happy with his whole experience. I would highly recommend them to others, I would even move here myself.

When we showed up for our scheduled tour at The Bentley, the person we were supposed to tour with was not available. So we had a short tour with someone who wasn’t experienced. And ultimately their monthly fee was higher than we could afford.

I was surprised and relieved to find this facility that offers affordable, flexible residential services for my mom who has early stage dementia. The staff is truly caring and the facility is very well maintained. The peace of mind I have knowing my mother is safe and cared for is priceless. Highly recommend.

My loved one is sometimes happy and sometimes he is not. It has been an up and down situation. Sometimes they do well and other times they don't. For a while there was not enough silverware to go around and when they got to my loved one he always got plastic wear instead of real silverware. Right now there are issues with the internet and getting someone out there to fix the issue. For the money that is paid we just expect it to be better.

My father was a resident from 2016-2020 (when he passed). During his time there, we visited multiple times per week, and the facility was always clean and all the employees well trained and very warm and welcoming. They all watched after my father like he was their own. Due to the positive experience we had at The Bentley (Dallas), I moved my aunt into the facility in 2020 and she loves it. She enjoys the other residents, the food and the activities. The management staff has done a wonderful job of keeping the residents safe during this very difficult time. I just can’t say enough about The Bentley.

I like the dining room and I get to meet everyone. Breakfast is my favorite. It's a very pretty place and I love our park and activities. [Name removed] is wonderful.

The facility looked beautiful. The outside view was to a parking lot and that kind of made a difference for us. The building was well updated and the director was amazing.
Our loved one was never able to move in and has now passed on, but she was able to go there for some lunches and dinners and she really liked it. We were pleasantly surprised because on the outside the community looks old, but when you walk in it is very nice. Our loved one felt the people were more down to earth and very friendly. The community was very close to our loved ones home, and when she was not able to drive there for lunch the community would actually bring meals to her which we really appreciated.
