We chose Synergy HomeCare because they were available on the weekends and our previous home care company wasn't. Synergy Homecare is very responsible and can have someone here all the time. They've made the experience positive by sending us competent caregivers. They do well as long as they have the proper training but sometimes they send caregivers that aren't properly trained. The office staff has been helpful by letting me know ahead of time if there's an issue and always answering my questions. I appreciate that they're willing to reassign caregivers if there's ever a problem.

The caregiver is dependable and honest. She is loving and efficient. They try to get the schedule to work. She's good with time management and the care. She really cares.

I chose Synergy HomeCare because they were rated highly on the internet. I like that Synergy HomeCare is responsive to schedule changes. It helps me be able to get out of the house and not have to worry as much about my wife. We have a few people that are amazing, but some of the younger caregivers need to be assertive. The office staff is helpful because they get back to me quickly.

It was one of several that came up and it came highly recommended. From the first interview, they cared very much about keeping customer satisfaction. My mother loves her caregiver. I haven't met [name removed] but I know from my mother that she goes out of her way to do things for my mom. There was a miscommunication on the billing and we had a large outstanding balance and they took care of it right away. It was important for them to resolve the issues. She is very helpful.

I like that they have great communication between all of us and they make it very easy to communicate with them. [Name removed] doesn't communicate with me a lot about what goes on, but I just feel like they could sometimes be more helpful with the housekeeping part of her care. They help her get out of the apartment. They take her to the grocery store. They just always make sure someone is there. If there is an aide that is sick, they take care of it. The caregivers are always here on time and there is always one here.

I like the personality of the caregiver we have. She is very helpful. We only use the caregiver once a week for a shower. The caregiver helps the client with a shower. The caregiver just comes once a week to give a shower. I like the caregiver's ability and she has a very helpful personality.

They are very good with my dad and very personal. They go above and beyond. They give better quality of life and companionship. They bath him, make sure he is dressed and shaven. They take care of basic hygiene. They walk with him, and provide companionship. They respond right away with me through email on phone. They are attentive, on time, and it's also the same person almost every time.

They do a good job of recruiting workers. They are very well trained and very able to do their job. The caregivers have helped by keeping me focused on what I need to do. The caregivers help me with bathing and dressing. They are helpful in letting me know who is scheduled to work with me on the weekends. The caregivers are always being empathetic to what my needs are and they are encouraging.

I had a family member who worked for them. They could maybe hire more people to fill all positions. We feel confident that my mom is being cared for and looked after in the way that we would care for her as family members. We all feel confident with [name removed] as her caregiver. [Name removed] is excellent and we've been fortunate to have her for almost a year. [Name removed] is also punctual which the other ones are not. The other ones are not as good as her. We don't always have the same caregivers, some are good and some are not as good. I like that they are usually quick with getting back to me even on a weekend or a Sunday. I like the new app that they have the clients using so that we can see who is scheduled to care for my mom for the next few weeks and where there might be gaps. We can let them know if we need more charting if needed. I've liked that the caregivers have had patience and compassion.

I think they are very helpful. They go out of their way to make it easy for their client to do things that otherwise would be difficult. They're very thoughtful. I've had very good luck with the people that cook for me. I think they're very competent. They make delicious dinners for me! They are very personable, they listen, and they try to find out if there are problems.

I like the flexibility they have with me. The continuity is great. I can count on them. They do light housework for me, like doing the floors, bedding, and laundry. They call in good time when they cannot find someone. They call me ahead of time. They are very good people, very helpful. They go out of their way for me.

I was just recommending it to someone to my friend at the restaurant. I don't know what would I do without them, they are very kind to me. They make it wonderful, without them I would be alone and they help me fix the house and my hair. She is a friend to me and very valuable and we have a nice time.

I appreciate the caregiver that helps me regularly. She helps me stand up, sit down, and walk. She fixes my lunch, gets my bath ready, and washes my hair. The office staff is very friendly and they know what they are doing.

I like that the providers have been outstanding. I just like that they understand her needs. I like that the placement has been perfect and they have qualified care.

I am happy with the people that have come to my house. They could ease my nervousness about the virus. They do cleaning for me. They listen and talk to the caregivers that I do not like.

The caregivers are good workers and the company calls me right away with any changes. The caregivers are very helpful and do whatever I ask them to do. Sometimes if there's something out of the ordinary that I need them to do, they do it. I've been with this company for three years and they are always glad to do anything I ask them to. The office always lets me know if someone will be late or absent. They always call ahead to give me a time. I only have the caregivers every other week but some are better than others. The newer ones don't always take initiative like the older ones. I like that the girls wear masks now as well.

I was reading online reviews and theirs looked really good. They have been so easy to work with. They are very detailed, everyone shows up when they are supposed to. They are like a well-oiled machine. We used to do the care for her daily as a family. She needed constant care. Since we work, we can't be there as much. We wanted someone to be with here to be an extra set of eyes and they have taken their place. My mom is very happy from what she tells me. They do whatever she asks of them to do. She wanted to be able to give orders. They make meals, they take her to the store, they change bedding and do laundry. Someone always answers the phone, you are always able to get a hold of a person. It took one phone call to resolve a billing issue. They react right away.

I've been with them and I've always been satisfied with their services. Having the girl come and help me take a shower is the most important thing but she does many other things to help me stay in my own apartment. She is here when I take a shower and she helps out with things that are done once a week. She does laundry, she does trash, and because she comes and takes care of me, it frees me up to do things. Whenever I have problems, I just call but I haven't had any problems. They cook care of problems right away.

I like the professionalism and helpfulness. They are always helpful and easy to work with. They do everything I ask.
