We looked at so many options, the had a high rating. They are very good with follow-up on my questions. It helps to have a CNA here for us. They are wonderful companions to my loved one. They prepare the client food, and take the client to appointments. They are timely in responding to things. He is a good listener, very kind, and very patient. He has a good sense of humor and he carefully watches and monitors my loved one.

I like the ability to get hours of care. They do everything we ask them to do. My mom hasn't had any issues. The caregiver listens to her needs. The office staff has helped out with scheduling the most. The caregiver is punctual and on time.

I like that they are flexible. She only sees the caregiver once a week so there is not much of an impact on their daily life. The caregiver chats with (her) and they communicate together and talk about the work that she does because she is a retired medical assistant. They are helpful because they are always flexible. When (she) has doctor's appointments they change the caregiver to come at another time. Their compassion makes them get along so well with each other.

They are very dedicated and they have caring health care professionals. They work with us closely on the care of my mom. It's a big team effort. They help alongside the family. They are good at charting. We appreciate that because we need to know what happened and what is going on. They are pretty easy to get in touch with. I like the people they have provided because they have been good. They are reliable and have always made to sure to provide a caregiver. They do a nice job of taking care of her and getting her dressed in the morning. The caregivers keep her engaged by talking to her. It is hard to say because they are not all the same. [name removed] and [name removed] are great.[name removed] can be difficult in the morning when it is time to get ready. [name removed] is good about getting her up and together even if she is grumpy. They are available when I reach out for any assistance.[name removed] and [name removed] do a great job at taking care of my wife. My wife enjoys their company. Synergy found me new people real quickly and they are responsive when adjustments are needed.

They are very responsive to our requests for changes in care. The aides do whatever tasks that are asked of them. They do whatever services are asked of them and there is never a question of completing whatever we ask them to do. They respond to all my questions immediately

I selected them because we felt they would be consistent. I like SYNERGY because they are very responsive and they are responsive to requests. The provider has helped the most with having someone on call to be there. The caregiver has the ability to treat the client with respect so she feels valued. The office staff are quick to get back to you and work with you if something needs to be addressed. I need a caregiver who is able to pay attention to specific directions.

The caregivers are good because they go out of the way to make my mother feel comfortable. My mother is able to be taken care of more such as having someone give her a bath. They help with giving her a bath once a week. If there is a problem with the caregiver, they call me in advance to let me if she is able to come or not. They help with setting up food for her and help with taking her on walks.

The caregivers have helped the most by making my dad safe. The caregivers help my dad with showers, washing his hair, and exercises. I like that the office staff always gets back to me and tell me if a shift is covered or if it isn't, that they're still looking for someone to cover it. My dad appreciates that the caregiver has patience with him. The caregiver is understanding that my dad is 94 and doesn't always know an answer. They could get more help in their company so that I know that my dad is always covered, and they will always be able to find someone to cover when I won't be here.

The VA chose them for me. I like that the caregivers are very kind and thorough. they help me out by helping me at home and also going grocery shopping for me. the caregivers do whatever I need. the office staff is very good. the caregivers I have do whatever I need.

I like that they are responsive to us. I like that they were flexible with my needs and the clients needs. I know they helped with things like preparing meals and they cleaned the house. I liked that they called back when I left messages.

I liked that SYNERGY had a communication that was very good between the office and us. The services made a huge impact. The agency made it a positive experience because I was in such a nightmare situation in an assisted living. My dad was being neglected and abused. I was in a bad spot. We got in touch with [name removed], he escalated everything, and I was able to bring him home. It was pretty dire. The caregivers gave him dignity. I liked that the office staff was always friendly, calm, and never made it my problem. They always took ownership of whatever what was happening. Not every place was like that. They got along because they were kind people and saw everything going on and the hardship. They just wanted to do whatever they could to help us.
