I like that the quality of the caregivers and the office people. The help with things like that they do what they need to do to take care. They help with her personal hygiene. They help with cooking and cleaning. They are very friendly helpful and they follow through. The caregiver that comes knows what she needs. Theresa is beyond outstanding and extremely good. Martha on the weekends has been very good also. They know what she needs and well trained. They are very helpful.
It was one of the three companies that could do our needs the best. She has had no complaints and I don't think there has been any really issues so far. They are there to offer her services that they say that they would provide. They help with household chores and doing laundry, meal preparations, and bathing. They communicate really well with my mom. they are really well matched with her.
We do have the same nurse and they work with me with scheduling. They do everything, they come in and do what is needed. They made a care plan for him. She takes care of everything from feeding to changing him. She visits him and has good conversations with him and me. They are helpful by basically working with my schedule. I like how she is friendly and understanding, and the quality of the care is good.

They answer all my questions and if there is a problem it is resolved right away. They are outgoing and friendly.

We love the aides that we receive. We go to each other's home. It helps to know the services are taken care of my mother. The caregivers help my mother take her medication. The office staff has helped inform me of changes in scheduling. They ask if we need replacements or not. We are also informed with a couple of days notice. The caregivers are nice to my mother. My mother appreciates the consistency of the caregivers as well.
They were able to give us an hour a day, rather than a minimum of four. They offer home care and stay with my loved one, who can't be by himself. The services give me an opportunity to get out of the house. I do not have any complaints. He doesn't seem agitated when I leave or come back He's calm.

They seem like they cared a lot more than other home care places based off their website. I felt comfortable with them. I like that their employees care about my mom. They are very consistent. Honestly, it's just more of frequency, which we haven't upped yet. She just sits with my mom and allows for her to be social with her. She helps her do errands. They are very on top of it. It is easy o know what's going on. It's easy to get a response from them if needed. I appreciate that they are compassionate, understanding and kind. Like probably, those are the biggest.

The caregiver I have is very kind and understanding. Just being here and helping makes our lives easier. She helps with whatever she needs, like lunch or dressing, or taking her for a walk. She's very patient.
The caregivers have been excellent. It has helped dramatically. They have provided a break for us in caring for my dad. They help him take a shower each week. I look for someone who has compassion but also has the strength to deal with a crabby senior.
They're responsive and their staff is kind and thoughtful. They bring me peace of mind and mother is getting good care. They have a variety of skills and are flexible. They get back to me immediately. I have no idea what makes us get along so well together. I appreciate that they are there and that they are for Alzheimer's patients.

My last care provider was not good so I went to Synergy.. The people in the office are great at answering my questions and scheduling our caregivers. The caregivers are very patient with my patient with my wife and care about her. Without these services I wouldn't have a life, they do so much for us. All the caregivers are very capable, there was only two of them that I don't want back in my house. Its been hard for them to hire caregivers.
When they come let me get out of the house which is helpful. I use them for basic services. I like that they work with me and are flexible. They get back to me quickly. They leave me alone for the most part. We look for dependability, common sense, and good communication.
I'm very satisfied with their service. When I need help they're available. I'm really happy with it and I'd recommend them to anybody. I don't get much service. I just have someone help me go to the store and do a little light cleaning. I like to have someone who is close to my age and can relate to so I can sit down and to talk to them. But they do the job. When I call they call me back. They try to do what they can do when my my caregiver can't show up. So far, I can't complain. We usually communicate, talk, and they help me with a lot of things.
I would recommend the company because they communicate well. They have provided aides who are able to do a good job. They help with daily living activities. The help with exercises. They let us know when aide is not coming and they always communication in advance. The aide has the skills and has a delightful personality. To ensure that caregivers pose minimal risk to clients, they should communicate to clients what to expect in terms of precautions they are taking.
