They weren't really flexible about having the same person come on a continuous basis. They kept changing it up. So for care five days a week, you could have five different people show up. And that's very disruptive for an older person who wants some continuity and wants to build a relationship with a caregiver. When I did talk to Synergy about it to see if we could have just a couple of people instead of five, they weren't very accommodating. I think their scheduling needs a little tweaking. The majority of them were very good at caring for my loved one, but there was one in particular we asked not to come back. The billing was handled smoothly. They charged directly to a credit card on file, so you didn't have to deal with paperwork after each visit. I would recommend them - with reservations. I would just recommend asking upfront if they can be consistent with their caregivers.

We found them very accommodating. Mom enjoyed the person who stayed with her. There was not a lot to do s she just needed some over night in case something happened. We were relieved to know that someone was with for part of the day.

What I've had so far has been really good. They care about people and treat me well. They've helped me recover a lot quicker and I feel like they care about me.

I chose them because I heard really good things about it from other people who have home care services. They just raved about it. I like their willingness to respond to my needs and that they make sure that there are caregivers for my daughter. They make cool vision boards for goals. They make sure "my daughter" gets what she needs and they chose a caregiver that is good for her.

They are responsive, they listen and when we have problems, they are quick to resolve them. The caregiver invests herself in the client and family. She treats us like she would want to be treated. She listens she is supportive of my husband and she helps in areas where he need assistance.

They were very reliable. It was able to keep my mom in her home for another year before she had to move. It freed up a little of my time to know they were taking care of her. They listened to what my mom had to say and what she wanted.

I thought they were all good. They were friendly and attentive to my dad's needs. They would help out with what was needed. They made lunch, mostly and some would make the bed. I think they were pretty able to do what was asked.

The good reliable care is the most helpful aspect of my loved one's services. They try very hard to cover every shift that we have. The caregivers always ask me what more they can do.

She is always looking for something to do. She is very efficient. They help me with always being here when I need someone if an occasion comes up and I need to make a change in a schedule.

I can't tell you how impressed I have been. When I needed extra help Synergy is the only place I would consider because they are incredible. I was really uneasy the first time that I left him but I thought it was heaven sent and couldn't believe how incredible the care was. The caregivers are wonderful because they are trained and they understand.

I like that they have been very helpful, supportive and I have never had any problems getting what I ask for. They have made my loved one's life easier by having an extremely caring caregiver. Whenever I call they make sure that my questions are answered.

They seem to relate well with my mom and are concerned and make sure everything is done and taken care of. Someone is here to help my mom when I'm not. They always say nice things about my mom. They always try to help out and work hard.

They provide me peace of mind that I can get a few hours a day to do things. I've been impressed by how hard they've staffed every shift. They do all of her care and help her get in and out of bed. All the little things they do to show compassion and they speak kindly with my mom.
