I just kind of found them by googling home health care. I guess their communication and my mom never complained which is a big deal. The services they provided allowed her to stay in her home. They were just consistent in being there. I have not needed them very much, but if I have questions or concerns, every time I call they would get back to me. My mom never complains. I don't know them like my mom.

I like that they are here on time, and they take care of me. There are no arguments with anything. They help with all the cleaning and the laundry. She will vacuum, sweep, mop, and help me with my showers. She will even take my dogs out on a walk for me. It is not always the best. They could be more responsive when my workers do not come in. She is hilarious.

I like that they're pretty flexible. Sometimes I need to cancel I like that they sent a great caregiver to us. The caregiver cleans the house. The caregiver reminds my wife to take her medication and she does our laundry. They're prompt and always respond to our requests. What I like about the caregiver is her work ethic.

It was recommended by VA. They have been very communicative and allowed us to change the schedule when needed. They have been very helpful to him in his daily needs and chores. There is variability in the quality of different caregivers. They help him walk and help with meals. They are very proactive in communicating with me and let me know when there is a schedule change. Different caregivers do different things. He is ok with all the caregivers and likes when they interact with him in a quiet way.

One of the cousins chose. She was a nurse that had heard of them. We like that he is happy with them. They show up and help him. He is getting to know them. I do not know what they have done but he has not complained. I have not had much interaction with anyone. We appreciate that they are friendly and talk to them. He enjoys the friendship.

They were the first company that I found that provided the services my mother needed. My mom got great service. I've had to do a bit of followup. They interact and give her attention as well as care. They communicated well. She had a high level of needs, and they did well.

I would recommend them to a veteran. I have had good stability with the caregivers. It is mandatory because I have a mental health disorder. I am comfortable with my caregiver and can talk with her about it. She is a great cook, and she helps me with paperwork since my hands shake. They don't call me too often because there is so much consistency with my caregiver. My caregiver is able to help me with my mental health issues.

The VA selected them. It depends on who your caregivers are. My caregivers will do anything I ask them to. [name removed] isn't very cooperative, so I needed someone to come help him take a shower. They claimed they did meal prep, but one of the caregivers said that she isn't a good cook, but they still do it. They are helpful, but sometimes communication does get delayed. They will do anything I ask them to do, even if [name removed] doesn't cooperate.

I like the fact that when I started that the owners themselves played a part in the process. It improves her daily life and is very important she spends time with people other than her parents. A lot of them are new to the job. I think they meet her cares. There has been quite a turn of turnover. Their office is good about making sure that we have what we need. I appreciate their approach to taking care of [name removed] because she is pretty easy to take care of and with the toileting that she has, they are very respectful.

They do everything I ask and more. The nurses are good, and the home care lady is wonderful. I wish they could come every day. I live alone and there is a lot to do. They help with washing clothes and dishes. They vacuum and do laundry. They also clean the bathroom. I have only called a couple of times, but they were helpful. They do everything and they do it well.

I like the people that I'm working with. They hire excellent people, they take care of anything. They cook, bathe him, and sometimes they wash the clothes. I only have a situation, but if they made sure the client understood everything in the contract. They are above and beyond.

I chose them because we liked what they offered. I would recommend them because they didn't push anything on us. They have made a great impact on our lives because they listen to us. We are satisfied with our caregivers. I like that the office staff didn't push anything onto us. They didn't make us take more help than what we wanted. I appreciate that our caregivers did what we wanted them to do.

I selected them because I was referred by a social worker. They are very flexible. They are very uplifting. The person that I have is a wonderful person. She helps out and does her job. They help select different times. She likes to help you.

Our Home care Provider is always on time, she is thorough and does an excellent job. we have excellent cooperation with them. She massages and puts lotion on his legs and arms, applies bandages if needed, and has just a wonderful attitude. When changes have had to be made with scheduling, they have been very cooperative and they meet our needs. I appreciate her attitude, she walks in and greets both of us and is smiling and pleasant.

I like the person who comes to our home. This helps both of us because she will vacuum, fold clothes, and make the bed. I like that she helps him with his exercises. If they send the caregiver to another location before coming to us, they do not call to let us know if the caregiver is running late. They could let us know if the caregiver is running late. They need to work on scheduling the caregiver. I like that she was the first person that we saw and liked her right away.

They are responsible. They provide care and I can do other things. They help him with his exercises. They are available and supportive. They keep him occupied.

They are the closest. They are very convenient. Their communication has been very helpful. The office has been very helpful with paperwork and training. I do everything--appointments, cleaning, meals, everything. They are always available if I need them, even after work hours. They are available by email and phone.

I had a family referral. They are very friendly, efficient, and reliable. I feel comfortable leaving, knowing that he is in good hands. They help with toileting, lunch, standing, and companionship. They get right back to me, even after hours. I feel like they value my concerns. I like that they know what they are doing.

Synergy was recommended by the VA. I like that they were easy to work with. The care provided to my dad has been exceptional. She works well with my dad. They notify me of any changes to my dad's schedule. I like her caring nature.
