Summit Place has a unique set up for townhomes. For that reason, I decided to move here. The staff at Summit is very welcoming and professional. That is in direct contrast to the unprofessional and uncaring nature of the Silvercrest Corporate Office. The corporate office seems to make policies that will increase rent revenue with little or no regard to the inconsistency or if it makes sense. They do not understand that residents that should be the primary focus of their policies, not the bottom line. Perhaps a course in hospitality management is in order. I had two experiences where I tried to communicate with them and they refused to be bothered or communicate with me. Silvercrest is struggling to keep up and will continue to fall short. As a side note, there is now pretty new signage at Summit Place. I am unclear how that impacts the resident experience.

The main reason I chose Summit Place Senior Campus was because of the pool that they have. As far as the food goes, the meat that they serve is dry, the rice has nothing on it, and a lot of times the food is cold when it is served.

I would recommend it.I originally chose it because it was in my area and one of the few assisted living places that would take someone who needed a mechanical lift to transfer. My husband did at that time. By the time we moved in my husband was dying and not getting out of bed. We had assisted living caregivers for about two months before he passed away. I now live on the independent living side of the complex.

Beware. In less than 60 days I have had two unauthorized entries into my apartment (independent side) and 35 of us have money attempted to be stolen out of our bank accounts. This is not an allegation. Contact the Eden Prairie police department to get a printout of the of how many people have been impacted, and what has been transpiring here.

I have found the staff and community friendly and helpful. I picked this community because it was close to where I live. I had a daughter who worked there and I have been there many times before.

The people are Summit Place (staff and residents) are very nice and friendly. The pool is great! They have many activities provided for us to engage in. The meals were good in the past, but they can't get good help now. I am hoping they will improve soon. I would highly recommend this place . They keep you as busy as would like. The pool is so great teach exercise 3 times a week. Lots of other exercise classes too. Have nice outings.

I toured Summit Place Senior Campus during my search for Independent Living for my loved one. This facility was pretty bland and there was just no active vibe there. It also felt like a very sterile environment to me.
Summit Place Senior Campus was great. The facility was well equipped with amenities, and the nursing staff was great with my Dad, especially when he entered hospice. I would recommend it to other families in need of assisted living.

Fabulous overall facility and activities. Great history of success over many years gave us a lot of confidence that they knew what they were doing and had a thriving, engaged community to join. For independent living, it wound have been a no-brainer. Individual apartments, however, felt dated and laundry set up was do-it-yourself. Also, a LOT of hiking around required as it is large and my mother-in-law's compromised mobility put them lower on the list.
My mother loves it - she feels very safe at Summit Place. The people are super friendly. They have everything that she needs right now, plus they also have memory care if she needs it later on.

The staff have made this a great experience for the family and our loved one. They address any concerns the family has quickly. Also, they know all the resident's by name. They are proactive in getting the residents to socialize with other residents with activities. There is lunch and dinner served in the dining room and for breakfast there is a bistro. There are quick items available in the bistro as well. There is a gift shop as well for the residents to utilize. There are lots of activities for the residents. Bon fires, health club, bingo, games, and more are some of the activities available for the residents.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour was fine but the environment was not quite as open, inviting and bright which is what we were looking for.

Our family had an in person tour and we were not really impressed with the staff, they just seemed like they were there to do a job and did nothing special to make us feel welcomed. Other communities we were visiting went out of their way to make us feel welcomed.
The community is kept very neat and clean and my loved one really likes the food. They do a great job taking care of my loved one. I would recommend this community to others based on our experience.

A Place for Mom has scored Summit Place Senior Campus 8.7 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
