Silvercreek Senior Living

They have had a lot of turnover in the kitchen, but my in-laws rave about the food. My in-laws don't participate in a lot of the activities, but they are offered. This is hard because it is sooo expensive, but my father-in law is blind and my mother-in-law has had a lot of falls, and they have physical therapy onsite. So, we are grateful that they can afford it.

I would tell a friend, that we have been very happy with all aspects of Silvercreek. My loved ones are very happy there.

It's a great community, of course as everyone else at this time, the staffing shortages effect them too. So, be aware of that going in and don't have high expectations with staffing because everyone is struggling right now. But overall their customer service, their help, and the care itself has been very good.

The staff members and care services at Silvercreek are a 10, they are so wonderful and friendly. The menu looks great, sometimes our loved one complains but when we are able to visit and eat in our loved ones room the meals to us are pretty good. They do have plenty of activities for residents who want to participate. Location wise it is very convenient for our family, and so far SIlvercreek has been everything it is cracked up to be.

Excellent surrounding community. Very nice property and amenities. Month-to-month lease with monthly fees. Monthly fee is just within my budget. Very much in consideration for me.

Not real happy with some of the nurses. One in particular has an attitude and I have seen it first hand in talking to me and my family. I know older people can be hard to deal with but if you can’t handle it you are in the wrong profession. The residents that are there deserve respect at all times. I have seen first hand how one of the nurses have talked to my family member and me. And I am not happy about it. Will be looking at other options for them. 99% of the people are wonderful there but one bad apple has made me looking for other options for my family member. I expect respect for anyone in this facility and this is not happening with this one person.

Nice, clean facility and the residents seemed happy to be there. There are lots of activities, restaurant-style dining and good - sized apartments compared with other senior living places. It was the best one I’ve seen so far.

Things are going wonderful for my father in law at this community. The food is good and they offer a nice variety of choices. They offer some daily activities and the community is well taken care of. The staff have been great.

Very nice facility. Looks like something my mother might like. I will be talking to her about it. There are no firm plans or time table at this time. SHE just asked me to look into what is available in the area near us.

My sister, which I relocated here from out of state, spent four of the best years of her life at this facility until her health began failing and she passed away. I highly recommend to anyone.

During our tour the residents seemed to be enjoying themselves and where very involved with different activities. The staff was knowledgeable and gave my loved one and I a lot of useful information. The complex was well maintained and kept very clean.

Our experience with Silvercreek Senior Living was somewhat mixed, but I think this was mainly due to our loved one just needing a higher level of care. The people here were friendly and helpful, and they did a great job supporting us through the move. I'd recommend them as being worth a look if your loved one is on the lower end of the care need spectrum.

My mother-in-law has been there for 3 years, so far she really likes it. They always answer our questions too .They staff is helpful and available. We have experienced good service.

My mom is on a permanent vacation living here! The staff is amazing! The food is great! She is very happy living here.

As far as the experience, it was positive. If my loved one could go back he would, but he requires more help than what he was getting by himself. Everybody was great though, all the folks we worked with were. I have no complaints.

It's been great so far. She seems pretty happy. Everyone seems pretty friendly, and she is participating. The other residents all seem pretty happy too. She seems to enjoy the food. I can't find anything wrong with it so far.

The Silvercreek Senior Living has been absolutely great. It is very clean. The staff has been wonderful. This community is excellent. It is very nice.

Their phone communication isn't very good. They are better in person. I have learned to just by-pass the staff and speak to the director instead. That seems to work out well. I don't have concerns over things like how clean it's kept, or the staff's attitude. She likes the food. They are doing an okay job.

My parents were residents at Silvercreek for probably 2.5 years until they passed away. I have recommended it to many people. They enjoyed it there and there are a lot of different types of activities available to keep them from getting bored.
