I would tell others that it was light and we liked it. The staff weren't adequate during my loved one's stay. I would encourage you to visit your loved one often. Reflections was bright and was opened to the main areas. They did try and accommodate my requests.

Overall I am satisfied with the community. They are willing to work with the family and the residence to meet the individual's needs. Communication is good between the staff and our family and they keep us well informed. I would recommend this community to others.

Toured the Reflections Memory Care in Savoy. Really nice facility and relatively new. My mother would need private room and we cannot afford the pricing at this facility.

My father was in this community for care. The staff is very caring to the residents. The community is clean and has a clean. They are willing to assist in the needs of the residents. The menu is good but needs some small improvements. They do offer activities for the residents who want to participate. We would recommend that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

I would highly recommend this facility. The staff really loves the residents and vice versa. We couldn't ask for a better family type community for our loved one.
