Our experience with ProHealth Care Regency Muskego has been very friendly and positive. My loved one is very happy there. Everything has been great, except for the food. Sometimes my loved one complains about the food and at other times she gets a delicious meal, but she's not getting dinners every day as she still does some of her own meal prep.

N/a when it comes to the meals and dining. Dad is in independent living apartment so makes own meals. The activities are outstanding. Tons of activities for the residents to participate in. The value for cost was more than what we originally planned to spend. But after being there and experiencing all they have to offer I feel it is well worth it. My dad really likes it there. It was a true blessing from God that we went there. Very friendly and helpful people.

My friend is currently a resident at ProHealth Care Regency Senior in Muskego. Everything about her experience at this facility has been great, except for one thing. Sometimes they forget part of her meal, which makes her upset. But the food itself is adequate. Otherwise, things are great. The staff that I have met are very nice and seem to really take care of the residents. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

The independent living residents aren't allowed to go into the main building due to the pandemic. This building contains the activities, dining room, and more. They are allowing us to order off the menu and they will deliver the food to the door for the independent living area. There are more people in the independent living than those in the assisted living.

We also toured the other ProHealth Care Regency in New Berlin. Compared to that one, this one in Muskego was an older community, and didn’t seem very updated. The apartments were a lot smaller, with not as many options. We did like the staff here.
The meals right now are having to be delivered to our rooms due to covid, and sometimes we do have to heat up the meals. However, the menu's they have in the dining room for us to choose are very good. They are offering exercise classes and now bingo once a week, we hope they slowly start bringing more back. The apartments are nice, but we just do not have a lot of storage space.

Signed up in March for a Assisted Living Apartment but 'virus' concerns for current residents and 'hopeful newcomers' made the waiting time unsettling. Moving in on [date removed], I found that many cautions were still being enforced e.g., all meals in one's own apartment and restricted use of some open area closed for all activities and individual use. These have gradually been relaxed slowly, but having general visitors is not yet permitted. Dining room use on a 'widely separated' pattern is not conducive to conversation, so socializing is not yet what long time residents remember. All social programs still require distance separation.

The facilities were very nice. There was a lot of construction going on where they were redoing the parking lot. It was the first tour so it was pretty difficult for my mom emotionally. She liked the large walk in closet in the apartment style living area but did not like the thought of needing to walk down the long hallways. She also like the walk in shower option instead of a tub. Her biggest concern with this location is that she felt it was too far from any of her children.

Thanks to the Regency Director’s help, we were able to help our aunt and uncle move into their new apartment without any problems or setbacks. The Loge is very inviting for both the independent and assisted living residents. The staff is always very helpful and the food served has been great. Our aunt and uncle are happy and the transition to Regency has been well received by them.

This is a well kept facility with a different take. The main building where all the activities and dining is for assisted residents. Independent residents are in one of three satellite buildings. Nice buildings some nice floor plans. I have not chosen this facility for further consideration for Mom because we felt the socialization would be difficult. She would have to take a bus from her resident building to the main building for any activities. There appeared to be very little interaction of residents in the satellite buildings. That would only occur if there was casual meetings or if long time residents would take the initiative to knock on Moms door and interact with her. Take her under their wing so to speak. Nice facility, appears to be nice staff. This is a perfect for a truly independent senior.

Nice rooms, very few residents in the commons area. Smelled of fresh popped corn. Tour guide laughed too much

I have no complaints about how things are going for my mother since she made the move into this community. The apartment that she moved into was clean and any issues we had the staff made sure to fix in a timely manor. I really like that they have staff members on campus twenty four hours a day in case anything happens. My mom seems to be getting involved in some of the activities with the other residents at the community center and is enjoying her new living environment.

When I toured the ProHealth Care Regency Senior Communities in Muskego, the apartments were too far from the main areas. Also, they did not offer 3 meals a day which is what we were looking for.

Thanks to A Place for Mom, I recently moved my aunt in to Prohealth Care Regency after she lived most her life alone and recently recovered from a stroke in a rehabilitation center for the past year. After 2 months, I can't say enough great things! There are SO MANY activities and events to keep residence active and busy. Every single person we have come into contact with, staff, residents, other employees, have been nothing but warm and welcoming. The apartment within my aunts budget was very nice and still included a washer/dryer and a deck with a lovely scenic view of the woods. The only downside is that the independent living apartments are separate from the main building/lodge, but Regency has a shuttle that continuously runs to pick up residents from their manors and drop them off. Or if you're loved one is still fit, it's not far to walk at all. They also host several events weekly within each manor's lobby or common area, which is great if residents don't want to travel to the main lodge and it's also a great way to socialize with your own neighbors. The events are very age appropriate and range from happy hour mix and mingle socials, pet therapy, guest speakers who focus on personal wellness and motivational topics, etc. There really seems to be something here for everyone. The best thing I can say is that each resident we have spoken to in passing or in the elevator LOVES being here. They are genuinely very happy, and it is so easy to see why! If you are looking for a place for your loved one, put this at the top of your list!

My mom is doing better. She is joining more activities and seems to be much happier. The community is nice and clean. My mom prepares her own meals and the amenities are enough to prepare food. This place is in a great location for all of our families to visit her. I would recommend this home, my husband and I would even live here in the future!!

This is a fine community. I had no problem during my tour of this facility. Everybody were very polite and friendly. The community looks well maintained. The staff was very kind and informative. It was just to big of a facility for my mother. I felt she would get overwhelmed. They have nice looking rooms. It was a pleasant tour.
